Abstract
【Objective】 This study aimed to study the effects of different fertilization modes on soil nutrients and mango quality in mango orchards in northwestern Yunnan, providing reference for improving fertilizer management, enhancing mango quality and promoting green development of mango industry.【Method】Taking the 8-year-old Kent mango variety as the research object,4 fertilization treatments including conventional fertilization, compound fertilizer, organic water-soluble fertilizer and biological bacterial fertilizer were set up and field experiments were conducted. The soil pH,nutrients indicators and mango quality indicators were analyzed by sampling at mango maturity stage, and correlation analysis and principal component analysis were carried out. 【Result】 Different fertilization treatments had no significant effects on soil pH(P>0.05);compared with conventional fertilization, both organic water-soluble fertilizer and biological bacterial fertilizer treatments could effectively improve soil fertility. The soil organic matter content in biological bacterial fertilizer treatment significantly increased by 30.05%(P<0.05,the same below),and the soil available phosphorus content in organic water-soluble fertilizer treatment significantly increased by 134.37%.The quality of mangoes treated with organic water-soluble fertilizer and biological bacterial fertilizer also showed obvious improvement.Compared with conventional fertilization treatment, the vitamin C content increased significantly by 54.98% and 49.76% respectively. In addition, the soluble solids, titratable acids, fructose and glucose contents in biological bacterial fertilizer treatment increased compared to conventional fertilization treatment. The correlation analysis results showed that soil organic matter was extremely significantly and positively correlated with mango vitamin C content(P<0.01),significantly and positively correlated with soluble solids content. The available phosphorus content in soil was significantly and positively correlated with the total acid and titratable acid contents of mango. The results of principal component analysis indicated that total sugar, vitamin C and sucrose contents were key factors affecting mango quality. 【Conclusion】 Based on a comprehensive analysis of soil fertility and mango quality in orchards, the application of biological bacterial fertilizer is a more suitable fertilization mode for fertilizing orchard soil and improving mango quality in northwestern Yunnan.
