Study on the characteristics and common rule of bacteria community in banana rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil

  • 【Objective】To explore the characteristics and differences of soil bacteria diversity of banana plantations in different regions of Guangxi,so as to provide a theoretical basis for revealing the common characteristics of banana soil microorganisms and how to regulate it in different regions.【Method】Forty-eight samples of banana rhizosphere and nonrhizosphere soil were collected from three regions of Guangxi(Longzhou County,Longan County and Pubei County). The bacteria abundance and diversity of 48 soil samples were determined by the high-throughput sequencing technology. Soil pH,total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP),total organic matter(SOM),available phosphorus(AP),nitrate nitrogen(NN),ammonium nitrogen(AN),and available potassium(AK)contents were also determined. The T-test algorithm was used to compare the differences between the two groups of soil environmental factors, diversity index and species abundance;ADONIS,ANOSIM and MRPP were used to analyze the difference level of bacteria community structure between the two groups;Mantel test was used to analyze and determine the important environmental factors affecting the community structure.【Result】The results showed that the abundance and diversity of bacteria community of rhizosphere soil was higher than that of non-rhizosphere soil in all the three banana plantations. Meanwhile, the significant difference of bacteria community structure was also observed between banana rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil(P<0.01),and this was caused by the pH of the soil. The dominant bacteria communities were Proteobacteria and Acidobacteria at phylum level, and rhizosphere soil of all the three banana plantations could recruit beneficial bacteria such as Gemmatimonas,Nitrospira,Sphingomonas, etc. and filter out Acidobacterium Gp2,Gp3,Gp6,Nitrososphaera. FAPROTAX prediction showed that rhizosphere soil could enrich bacteria communities related to chemoheterotrophy and aerobic-chemoheterotrophy.【Conclusion】The banana rhizosphere can enrich beneficial bacteria communities and recruit beneficial functional bacteria. Soil pH value plays an important role in regulating the microbial communities of banana plantations in the three regions.
