6种杀虫剂对康瘿蚊幼虫室内毒力测定及田间药效试验

Indoor toxicity test and field efficacy of six insecticides against the larva of Contarinia maculipennis Felt

  • 摘要: 【目的】筛选出防治康瘿蚊幼虫的理想药剂,为康瘿蚊的化学防治提供参考。【方法】选择6种防治瘿蚊科幼虫的高效低毒杀虫剂,采用室内浸渍法和田间喷雾法进行室内毒力测定和田间药效试验。【结果】6种杀虫剂对康瘿蚊幼虫的LC50由小到大依次为:5%啶虫脒EC<3%阿维菌素EW<6%乙基多杀菌素SC<4.5%高效氯氰菊酯EC<10%吡虫啉WP<48%毒死蜱EC;毒力指数由大到小依次为:5%啶虫脒EC>3%阿维菌素EW>6%乙基多杀菌素SC>4.5%高效氯氰菊酯EC>10%吡虫啉WP>48%毒死蜱EC。药后3 d,供试杀虫剂对康瘿蚊幼虫田间防效最好的是5%啶虫脒EC,防效为78.52%,其次为6%乙基多杀菌素SC和3%阿维菌素EW,防效分别达68.09%和60.99%;药后7 d,防效最好的为5%啶虫脒EC,防效达72.12%,其次为3%阿维菌素EW和6%乙基多杀菌素SC,防效分别为60.83%和50.88%。【结论】进行康瘿蚊田间防治时,可首选啶虫脒,其次可选用阿维菌素和乙基多杀菌素,3种药剂间隔轮换使用。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveDesirable insecticides were studied and screened to provide references for chemical control of C. maculipennis. MethodDipping method and field foliar spraying using were employed to test the indoor toxicity and field efficacy of six high-efficient and low-toxic insecticides against larvae of C. maculipennis. ResultToxicity deter-mination results showed that LC50 order of the insecticides against the larvae was 5% acetamiprid EC<3% avermectins EW<6% spinetoram SC<4.5% beta cypermethrin EC<10% imidacloprid WP<48% chlorpyrifos EC, and the toxicity in-dex was 5% acetamiprid EC>3% avermectins EW>6% spinetoram SC>4.5% beta cypermethrin EC>10% imidacloprid WP>48% chlorpyrifos EC. The results of field experiment demonstrated that 5% acetamiprid EC exhibited the best con-trol efficiency with 78.52% control efficiency, followed by 6% spinetoram SC and 3% avermectins EW, with 68.09%and 60.99% control efficiency to against C. maculipennis after three days of spraying. After seven days of spraying, the highest control efficiency to C. maculipennis was also observed on 5% acetamiprid EC, with 72.12% control efficiency and it was declined to 60.83% and 50.88% when 6% spinetoram SC and 3% avermectins EW were used. ConclusionAcetamiprid should be firstly selected and used in interval rotation with chlorpyrifos and spinetoram for effective control of C. maculipennis.
