  • 摘要: 目的分析不同蓝莓品种结果母枝性状与成花的相关性,为广西蓝莓产业发展提供参考依据.方法观测广西天峨县引种的3个蓝莓品种(密斯蒂、莱格西和杰兔)结果母枝最长及最短枝条的长度、粗度、叶片数、侧花芽数、顶花芽数及总花芽数等性状,分析各性状间的相关性及结果母枝与成花的相关性.结果采用回归分析得出,密斯蒂枝梢总花芽数((y))与枝梢长度(x1)和叶片数(x2)的回归方程式为(y)=1.632+0.052x1-0.026x2,莱格西枝梢总花芽数((y))与枝梢长度(x1)和粗度(x2)的回归方程为(y)=1.061+0.009x1+0.152x2,杰兔枝梢总花芽数((y))与枝梢长度(x1)、粗度(x2)和叶片数(x3)的回归方程为(y)=-3.201+0.086x1+0.267x2+0.360x3.相关性分析结果显示,蓝莓枝梢长度和粗度与叶片数显著相关(P<0.05,下同);枝梢总花芽数与枝梢长度、粗度和叶片数显著相关,且不同品种间相关系数存在差异.结论蓝莓结果母枝长度和粗度与叶片数对其总花芽数存在显著影响,生产上可通过适当修剪及肥水控制调节枝条的长度、粗度和叶片数以提高结果母枝质量及总花芽数,进而提高蓝莓的产量和品质.

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveThis study investigated correlation between bearing shoot and flower formation of different blue-berry varieties,in order to provide reference for blueberry cultivation in Guangxi. MethodThree blueberry varieties from Tian'e county, Guangxi were used as materials(Misty,Legacy and Premier). Length, diameter, leaf number, lateral bud number, terminal bud number and total bud number of the longest and the shortest bearing shoots were assessed. Cor-relation between the characters as well as correlation between the characters and flower formation were analyzed. ResultAccording to regression analysis,regression equation for Misty total bud number((y)), shoot length(x1) and leaf number(x2) was(y)=1.632+0.052x1-0.026x2, regression equation for Legcy total bud number((y)), shoot length(x1) and shoot diame-ter(x2) was (y)=1.061+0.009x1+0.152x2, regression equation for Premier total bud number((y)), shoot leaf number(x1),shoot diameter(x2),leaf number(x3) was(y)=-3.201+0.086x1+0.267x2+0.360x3. Correlation analysis on the characters showed that,blueberry shoot length,shoot diameter and leaf number were significantly correlated(P<0.05, the same below); to-tal bud number, shoot length,shoot diameter and leaf number were significantly correlated. But the correlation coefficient differed for different varieties. ConclusionLength, diameter and leaf number of blueberry bearing shoot have significant influence on total bud number. In actual planting, bearing shoots quality and total bud number can be increased through controlling shoot length, shoot diameter and leaf number via proper pruning and fertilization. In this way, the yield and quality of blueberry can be improved.
