Report on national trial for sweet potato varieties for special use in southern China(Guangxi)during 2014-2015

  • 摘要: 目的通过国家甘薯品种南方区域试验,筛选出适合广西地区种植的优良特用型甘薯新品种,为广西甘薯新品种的选育和推广提供依据.方法2014~2015年,以宁紫薯1号为对照(CK),在广西南宁对国家甘薯品种南方区域试验的10个特用型甘薯新品种进行品种比较试验,通过鲜薯产量、薯干产量、干物率、熟食味、花青素含量及抗病性等指标对参试品种进行综合评价.结果10个参试新品种中,渝紫7号、桂薯131、福薯404、广薯161和龙津薯1号等5个品种鲜薯产量比CK增产12.46%~36.63%,增产达显著(P<0.05)或极显著水平(P<0.01),其余品种均较CK减产;渝紫7号、广薯161、桂薯131、福薯404、龙津薯1号、湛紫薯1号和龙紫6号薯干产量比CK增产5.30%~54.49%,其余品种较CK减产;各品种干物率均高于CK;总体食味评分在65.00~90.00分,其中渝紫7号、桂薯131、福薯404、广薯161、湛紫薯1号、龙紫6号、泉薯9-6和金薯13号熟食味平均得分在71.25~81.25分,均高于CK(70.00分);各参试品种均抗1种及以上主要甘薯病害.依据国家特用型甘薯鉴定目标,龙紫6号可作为高花青素甘薯品种,渝紫7号、桂薯131、福薯404和广薯161可作为食用型紫薯品种.结论高花青素型甘薯品种龙紫6号和食用型紫薯品种渝紫7号、桂薯131、福薯404、广薯161整体表现较好,适于在广西推广种植.

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveThrough national trial for sweet potato varieties in southern China, the present study aimed to screen superior sweet potato varieties for special use that were suitable for planting in Guangxi and provide reference for variety breeding and promotion. MethodTen sweet potato varieties for special use in national trial were planted in Nan-ning, Guangxi for comparison analysis during 2014-2015. Ningzishu No. 1 was taken as control(CK). Fresh sweet potato yield,dry sweet potato yield, dry matter rate, cooked taste, anthocyanin content and disease resistance of the varieties were analyzed. ResultAmong the ten varieties, fresh sweet potato yield of Yuzi No.7,Guishu 131,Fushu 404, Guangshu 161 and Longjinshu No.1 increased by 12.46%-36.63% compared with CK, the increment reached significant level (P<0.05) and extremely significant level(P<0.01), fresh yield of the rest varieties declined compared with CK. Dry sweet potato yield of Yuzi No.7,Guangshu 161, Guishu 131, Fushu 404, Longjinshu No.1,Zhanzishu No.1 and Longzi No.6 in-creased by 5.30%-54.49%; that of other varieties decreased compared with CK. Dry matter rate of all tested varieties were higher then that of CK. Cooked taste ranged between 65.00-90.00, Yuzi No.7, Guishu 131,Fushu 404,Guangshu 161, Zhanzishu No.1,Longzi No.6,Quanshu 9-6 and Jinshu No.13 scored 71.25-81.25 on average, which was higher than that of CK(70.00). All tested varieties were resistant to at least one major sweet potato disease. According to identification objects for national sweet potato for special use, Longzi No.6 was variety with high anthocyanin content, Yuzi No.7, Guishu 131, Fushu 404 and Guang 161 were food sweet potatoes. ConclusionThe performance of sweet potato variety Longzi No.6 with high anthocyanin content and food sweet potato varieties Yuzi No.7, Guishu 131, Fushu 404 and Guangshu 161 are suit-able for planting in Guangxi.
