根域限制栽培下葡萄软化期土壤水势对果实糖积累的影响

Influence of soil water potential on sugar accumulation of grape berries cultivated under root restriction during veraison stage

  • 摘要: 目的研究葡萄浆果软化期糖积累与土壤水势(ψsoil)的关系,为葡萄成熟期的水分管理提供理论依据.方法以根域限制栽培的4年生“峰后”葡萄为试材,在葡萄果实转熟软化期连续测定土壤水势的同时用浆果杯法测定果实糖卸载速率的日变化.结果土壤水势在-2~-4 kPa时(6:00~10:00)糖卸载速率最高,在-5~-14 kPa时(11:00~18:00)比较平缓,在-15~-19 kPa(19:00~4:00)时先升高后下降,到-20 kpa(5:00)左右时到达最低值;通过高斯平均图像拟合发现土壤水势为-16.86 kPa时葡萄果实的糖卸载速率最大.结论-16.86 kPa是葡萄浆果成熟软化期开始灌水的土壤水势临界值.
