不同种质桑椹农艺性状及品质分析

Agronomic traits and quality of different mulberry germplasms

  • 摘要: 【目的】对不同种质桑椹农艺性状和品质进行分析,为桑椹优良种质选育提供参考。【方法】对19份桑椹种质的植株形态、叶、果穗等农艺性状进行分析;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定桑椹中活性成分新绿原酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、芦丁、金丝桃苷和槲皮素含量;采用1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)法评价桑椹抗氧化活性;运用差异分析、变异系数及相关分析对不同种质桑椹农艺性状及品质进行综合分析。【结果】19份桑椹种质植株形态(树形、植株特性)、叶(叶形、叶基、叶缘、叶裂、叶尖、叶质、叶色)和果穗(颜色、口感、硬度、果长、果直径、单果重)等农艺性状差异明显,果长变化范围2.47~7.95 cm,果直径变化范围0.64~2.17 cm,单果重变化范围1.36~10.58 g,而叶质无差异,均为纸质;除叶质外,农艺性状变异系数均达16.67%及以上。浸出物、总黄酮、总多糖和总多酚的变异系数分别为12.66%、26.60%、18.13%和28.04%。活性成分总量变化范围为0.31~6.39 mg/g,变异系数为40.03%。不同种质桑椹对DPPH自由基的清除率为46.51%~98.34%,桂诱2172抗氧化活性高于其他种质。6种活性成分总量、总黄酮和总多酚与抗氧化活性呈正相关;新绿原酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、芦丁、金丝桃苷和槲皮素6种活性成分与抗氧化活性均呈正相关,除绿原酸外,其他5种活性成分与抗氧化活性的相关性均达极显著水平(P<0.01)。综合评分排名前五的种质依次为桂诱2172、桂椹94208、桂椹92L38、桂椹90191和桂椹92L44。【结论】基于抗氧化作用筛选出的桂诱2172、桂椹94208、桂椹92L38、桂椹90191和桂椹92L44可作为优良种质选育材料。

     

    Abstract: 【Objective】To study the agronomic characters and quality of mulberry with different germplasms,so as to provide reference for the breeding of superior mulberry varieties.【Method】The morphology,leaf,ear and other agronomic characters of 19 samples of mulberry germplasm were analyzed. The contents of neochlorogenic acid,chlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid,rutin,hyperin and quercetin in mulberry were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The antioxidant activity of mulberry was evaluated by 1,1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine (DPPH)method. The coefficient of variation and correlation analysis were used to study the agronomic characters and quality evaluation.【Result】Through the analysis of the agronomic traits of 19 different mulberry germplasms,it was found that the morphological(tree shape,plant characteristics),leaf(leaf shape,leaf base,leaf edge,leaf crack,leaf tip, leaf texture,leaf color),ear(color,taste,hardness,fruit length,fruit diameter,single fruit weight)and other agronomic traits of 19 different mulberry germplasms were greatly different. Fruit length ranged from 2.47 to 7.95 cm,fruit diameter ranged from 0.64 to 2.17 cm,single fruit weight ranged from 1.36 to 10.58 g,while leaf quality did not differ,all were paper texture. Except leaf quality,the coefficient of variation of agronomic traits was 16.67% or above. The coefficient of variation of extracts,total flavonoids,total polysaccharides and total polyphenols were 12.66%,26.60%,18.13% and 28.04%,respectively. The total amount of active ingredients varied from 0.31 to 6.39 mg/g,with a coefficient of variation of 40.03%. The scavenging rate of free radicals in different germplasms of mulberry was 46.51%-98.34%,and the antioxidant activity of Guiyou 2172 was higher than that of other germplasms. Total amount of 6 active ingredients,total flavonoids and total polyphenols were positively correlated with the free radical scavenging rate of antioxidant activity index. The six active components of neochlorogenic acid,chlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid,rutin,hyperin and quercetin all showed strong positive correlation with antioxidant activity. Except for chlorogenic acid,the correlation between the other five active ingredients and antioxidant activity reached a extremely significant level(P<0.01). The top five germplasms in the comprehensive score were Guiyou 2172,Guishen 94208,Guishen 92L38,Guishen 90191,Guishen 92L44.【Conclusion】Based on the antioxidant effect,Guiyou 2172,Guishen 94208,Guishen 92L38,Gushen 90191 and Guishen 92L44 can be used as excellent germplasm selection materials.
