云南省田麦新品系主要农艺性状与产量的相关性和灰色关联度分析

Correlation and grey association analysis of main agronomic traits and yield of new field wheat strains in Yunnan

  • 摘要: 【目的】明确云南省田麦新品系主要农艺性状对产量的影响,为云南省田麦品种改良和高产品种选育提供参考依据。【方法】选用云南省最新选育的适合田麦栽培模式的17个小麦新品系为试验材料,采用相关分析和灰色关联度分析方法对其8个主要农艺性状与产量的相互关系进行分析。【结果】参试的17个田麦品系的理论产量、实际产量及8个农艺性状均存在一定差异,其中云麦114、云麦117、滇20-982、德177、楚麦18号和保2021-6等6个品系实际产量表现较好,且与其他品系的实际产量存在明显差异;相关分析结果表明,田麦新品系的实际产量与理论产量呈极显著正相关(r=0.732)(P<0.01,下同),与基本苗、最高分蘖数、有效穗、穗粒数和千粒重呈正相关,与生育期、成穗率和株高呈负相关,但相关性均不显著(P>0.05,下同),理论产量与穗粒数呈极显著正相关(r=0.629);灰色关联度分析结果表明,参试田麦新品系的8个主要农艺性状与实际产量的关联度值排序为穗粒数(0.6788) >基本苗(0.6555) >最高分蘖数(0.6511) >有效穗(0.6465) >千粒重(0.6459) >成穗率(0.6286) >株高(0.5882) >生育期(0.5715)。穗粒数、基本苗、最高分蘖数和有效穗是影响云南省田麦新品系实际产量的主要因素,尤其是穗粒数。【结论】在云南省田麦品种选育时,育种者在产量三要素中应重视品种穗粒数和有效穗的改良,同时在其他农艺性状中应重视品种分蘖能力的提升。

     

    Abstract: 【Objective】The study aimed to determine the main agronomic traits of new field wheat strains in Yunnan on yield, and to provide reference for the improvement of wheat varieties and the breeding of high-yield varieties in Yunnan. 【Method】In this study, 17 wheat strains that were newly selected and bred in Yunnan and were suitable for the field wheat cultivation model were selected as experimental materials. The method of correlation and grey association were used to analyze the relationship between 8 main agronomic traits and yield of these experimental materials.【Result】There were some differences in theoretical yield, actual yield, and 8 agronomic traits among the 17 new field wheat strains tested. Among them, Yunmai 114, Yunmai 117, Dian 20-982, De 177, Chumai 18, and Bao 2021-6 showed better actual yield performance and great differences compared to other varieties. The correlation analysis showed that there was extremely significant positive correlation between the actual yield and the theoretical yield of new field wheat strains in Yunnan (r=0.732)(P<0.01, the same below), positively correlated with basic seedling, maximum tiller numbers, effective spike, grain number per spike and 1000-grain weight, and negatively correlated with growth period, spike rate,and plant height and the correlation was not significant(P>0.05, the same below). At the same time, there was extremely significant positive correlation between theoretical yield and the grain number per spike(r=0.629). The gray association analysis showed that the grey association value between the 8 main agronomic traits and actual yield of new field wheat strains was as follows:grain number per spike(0.6788)>basic seedling(0.6555)>maximum tiller number(0.6511)>effective spikes (0.6465) >1000-grain weight(0.6459) >spike rate(0.6286) >plant height(0.5882) > growth period(0.5715). Grain number per spike, basic seedlings, maximum tillers and effective spikes were the main factors affecting the yield of new wheat strains in Yunnan, especially grain number per spike.【Conclusion】In the breeding of field wheat varieties in Yunnan, breeders should pay attention to the improvement of grain number per spike and effective spikes among the three factors of yield, and pay attention to the improvement of tillering ability of varieties among other agronomic traits.
