木通属种质资源物候期、产量和品质差异分析

  • 摘要: 【目的】对木通属植物进行物候期调查及表型多样性分析,为更加高效利用木通属植物种质提供理论依据。【方法】以21份木通属植物种质为材料,对不同种质的物候期进行田间观测与记录,对其质量性状、产量性状及果肉品质、果皮品质及籽油品质的变异特点和多样性进行分析,通过R型和Q型聚类对指标和种质进行分析。【结果】与白木通和木通种质的物候期相比,三叶木通种质的总体生育期长,成熟期较晚,幼果褪色情况也不同。6个质量性状的香农多样性指数为0.70~3.29,仅果色与果形的香农多样性指数较高,14个产量性状的CV为8.55%~45.31%,香农多样性指数在2.45~2.91;果肉品质中,仅含水率CV小于10.00%,大多数指标的香农多样性指数在2.40以上;果皮品质指标的CV为13.01%~160.55%,香农多样性指数为1.72~2.79;籽油品质指标中棕榈酸与皂化值的CV与香农多样性指数均较小,其余指标的CV为12.33%~119.20%,香农多样性指数为2.18~2.89。R型聚类将35个性状指标降为18个性状指标,基于这18个性状指标进行Q型聚类分析,得到四大类群,其中Ⅰ类群均为白木通种质(除B1外),综合表现较好,其主要特征是单果质量较大(177.53 g),种子含油率高(43.67%),果肉中总糖含量高(213.29 mg/g),果肉口感也较为软糯(支直比为1.52),果皮中a-常春藤皂苷(2.30%)、木通苯乙醇苷B(0.35%)和果胶含量(9.53%)均较高。【结论】21份木通属植物表型变异大,多样性丰富,可满足不同产品加工需求,其中Ⅰ类群综合表现较优,可作为良好的育种材料。

     

    Abstract: 【Objective】To investigate the phenological period and analyze the phenotypic diversity of Akebia Decne., so as to provide theoretical basis for more efficient and in-depth utilization of Akebia Decne. germplasm.【Method】21 samples of Akebia Decne. were used to observe and record the phenological period of different germplasms,and the variation characteristics and diversity of qualitative characters,yield traits,quality traits,pulp quality,peel quality and seed oil quality were analyzed. Finally,the index and germplasm were classified by two types of cluster analysis(R type and Q type).【Result】The results showed that A. trifoliate(Thunb.)Koidz was different from A. trifoliatr(Thunb)Koidz. var. australis(Diels)Rehd. and Akebia quinata(Thunb.)Decne in terms of phenology. Its overall growth period was longer and its maturity period was later. At the same time,the fading of young fruit was also different from the other two types. The Shannon diversity index of the 6 qualitative characters was 0.70-3.29,only fruit color and shape had high Shannon diversity index. The CV values of 14 yield characters ranged from 8.55% to 45.31%,and Shannon diversity index ranged from 2.45 to 2.91. In the pulp quality,only the moisture content’s CV value was less than 10.00%,the Shannon diversity index of most indicators was above 2.40. The CV value of the peel quality index was 13.01%-160.55%,and the Shannon diversity index value was 1.72-2.79;the CV value of palmitic acid and saponification value and Shannon diversity index were small in the quality index of seed oil,and the CV value of the other indexes was 12.33%-119.20%,Shannon diversity index was 2.18-2.89. The R-type cluster reduced 35 indexes to 18 indexes. After Q-type cluster analysis of 18 indexes, four groups were obtained. Among them,group I(B2-B8)were all Akebia Decne. The main characteristics were larger single fruit weight(177.53 g),higher seed oil content(43.67%),and higher total sugar content in pulp(213.29 mg/g). The pulp was also soft and waxy(amylose-amylopectin ratio was 1.52). The content of a-ivy saponin(2.30%),xylitonin B(0.35%)and pectin(9.53%)in the pericarp were higher.【Conclusion】The phenotypic variation and diversity of 21 Akebia Decne. plants are large,which can meet the needs of different product processing. Group I has better quality and can be used as a good breeding material.
