Abstract:
【Objective】 To provide a theoretical basis for the use of glume-opening accelerator to regulate flowering in seed production, the effect of glume-opening accelerator RHS
1 on flowering habits of two
Indica male sterile lines(CMS) lines with
Japonica blood was researched.【Method】 Using the
Indica CMS lines Shennong 4 A and 18 A with
Japonica blood as the materials, using the single-factor completely randomized block design method, and treating with 0.1 ml/L of glume-opening accelerator RHS
1 and clear water control(CK), the dynamics of single-spike flowering time, single-spike flowering duration, single-spike daily flowering dynamics, glume opening angle, glume spacing, necking rate, stigma exposure rate, and closure situation of different tested materials were investigated and compared.【Result】 The results showed that the flower opening accelerator RHS
1 could not only advance flower time of text materials and increase flower time concentration, but also increase flower period concentration. Compared with clearwater control treatment, the flowering time treated by RHS
1 was advanced 0.5 h, the flowering time concentration(measured by flowering rate before noon) treated by RHS
1 was increased by 3.72% to 13.55%, and the flowering time concentration treated by RHS
1(measured by the flowering period) was advanced 0.10 to 4.64 d;but there were differences in the sensitivity of the response to flowering time and flowering period among different materials. Compared with water clear control treatment, there were no significant differences in the glume opening angle, glume spacing, stigma exposure rate, necking rate and closure situation of the agent RHS
1(
P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 The flowering opening accelerator RHS
1 can be used as one of the commonly used agents for adjusting flowering time and be promoted in production under the premise of mature supporting technology.
