不同节位再生稻镉积累分配及其与头季稻的差异

Cadmium accumulation and distribution in ratooning rice from different nodes and its differences with main crop

  • 摘要: 目的探究镉污染稻田不同节位再生稻产量和镉积累分配特性及其与头季稻的差异,为再生稻的安全生产提供科学依据.方法以常规稻品种湘早籼45号和杂交稻品种Y两优9918为试验材料,考察不同节位再生稻的产量及其构成,以及不同时期不同节位再生稻各器官的镉含量、镉积累量及镉积累速率差异,并分析头季稻与再生稻的差异.结果湘早籼45号和Y两优9918再生季产量均以倒四五节贡献率最大,分别为57.84%和43.01%,影响产量的主要因素是有效穗数;齐穗期至成熟期,湘早籼45号头季、Y两优9918头季和再生季穗的镉含量均呈先下降后上升的变化趋势;湘早籼45号再生季糙米的镉含量大于头季,而Y两优9918表现相反;两个品种再生季各器官的镉含量基本以低节位最高,且Y两优9918表现为随节位升高而降低.两个品种的头季与再生季穗最大镉积累量与日均镉积累速率均在灌浆中期—成熟期.结论在镉污染稻作区发展再生稻,应合理选择品种,同时头季收割时尽可能提高留桩高度,以降低再生季糙米的镉含量.
