树冠覆膜对沙糖橘留树过程中品质变化的影响

Effects of crown coating on quality of Shatangju fruit during storage on tree

  • 摘要: 目的研究沙糖橘在留树贮藏过程中品质变化规律及树冠覆膜对沙糖橘果实品质的影响,为沙糖橘适时采收和品质调控提供参考依据.方法对经树冠覆膜和未覆膜的留树贮藏沙糖橘进行单果重、果皮重、果皮厚度、色泽及可溶性固形物、糖、可滴定酸和维生素C(Vc)含量等的连续测定.结果在留树贮藏过程中,沙糖橘单果重降低、果皮重增加,果皮亮度、红度值和色调角下降,可溶性固形物和总糖含量略有上升,可滴定酸和Vc含量逐渐下降,糖酸比和固酸比上升.树冠覆膜可增加果皮红度值,降低色调角,延缓可滴定酸下降速度,对总糖和可溶性固形物含量影响不显著(P>0.05).果实综合评价结果表明,留树过程中果实综合评价得分逐渐下降,而树冠覆膜可延缓得分下降速度,提高果实综合评价得分.结论树冠覆膜技术可延长沙糖橘果实的采收期,并可在一定程度上提高果实综合品质.
