Development and application of agricultural products mobile traceability system based on NFC

  • 摘要: 目的完成农产品加工包装、运输仓储、销售等环节相关信息的自动采集与处理,克服常见农产品溯源系统缺点,以保障农产品的质量安全,实现从农场到餐桌的农产品信息溯源.方法基于手机安卓系统设计并开发客户端,采用安卓系统的应用程序接口(Application programming interface,API)实现近场通讯(Near field communica-tion,NFC)标签的读写,采用android-async-http作为网络请求框架、universal-image-loader作为图片显示框架,Gson作为Json数据序列化和反序列化框架,采用基于位置的服务(Location base service,LBS)实现物流定位和轨迹跟踪;服务器端运用Java Web技术,采用JFinal作为开发框架.结果基于NFC开发的农产品移动溯源系统具有用户管理、溯源码读写、打包码绑定、车辆信息录入、仓储信息采集、物流路径跟踪和溯源信息查询等功能,方便涉农企业和仓储人员便捷、快速、高效录入农产品在加工包装、仓储运输及销售等环节的溯源信息,消费者也能够使用具有NFC功能的手机对农产品信息进行查询.结论基于NFC的农产品移动溯源系统能够很好地满足涉农企业和公众对农产品信息溯源的需求.

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveThe system was designed to complete the automatic acquisition and processing of agricultural products processing and packaging,transport,storage,sales and other procedures,and overcome the common shortco-mings such as specialized reading equipments were needed when using radio frequency identification(RFID)and two-di-mensional code in agricultural products traceability system.With these efforts,the quality and safety of agricultural pro-ducts could be guaranteed and the agricultural products traceability from farm to dining table was realized.MethodSys-tem client was designed and developed based on cellphone Android system.Android application programming interface (API)was used to read or write near field communication(NFC)tag,Android-async-http was applied as network request frame,universal-image-loader as picture display framework,Gson as Json data serialization and anti-serialization frame-work. Location base service(LBS)was used for logistics positioning and track following.The system server was deve-loped based on Java Web in which JFinal was used as development framework.ResultThe agricultural products mobile traceability system based on NFC included user management,traceability code reading and writing,package code bin-ding,vehicle information input,automatic collection of storage information,logistics path tracking,traceability informa-tion query and other functions.It allowed agricultural enterprises and warehouse personnel to input traceability informa-tion efficiently in agricultural products processing,packaging,transport,storage and sales. Consumers could also use cellphone with NFC functions to inquire agricultural information.ConclusionThe mobile agricultural products traceabili-ty system based on NFC can fully meet the requirements of agricultural enterprises and the public to trace back agricultural products information.
