盐生植物和秸秆覆盖对滩涂极重度盐土养分和降盐效果的影响

Effects of halophyte and straw mulching on soil nutrients and desalting in extreme saline soil of mud flat areas

  • 摘要: 目的研究盐生植物和秸秆覆盖对滩涂极重度盐土土壤养分和降盐效果的影响,为沿海滩涂土壤降盐改土提供科学依据.方法于2014年5月在江苏沿海滩涂极重度盐土(盐分10g/kg以上)中开展秸秆和植被覆盖的田间试验,设置对照(CK,裸地)、种植碱蓬(PS)、15t/ha秸秆覆盖(SM-A)和30t/ha秸秆覆盖(SM-2A)4种处理,测定各处理0~100cm(即0~10、10~20、20~40、40~60、60~80和80~100cm)土壤各层的盐分含量、pH、水分含量和表层养分含量.结果与CK相比,1年后SM-A和SM-2A处理的滩涂极重度盐土0~100cm土壤盐分含量均显著降低(P<0.05,下同),且其0~60、60~80和80~100cm土壤盐分分别降低96.0%、84.9%和55.8%以上;PS处理可显著降低滩涂表层土壤盐分含量,降低土壤盐分51.0%以上,但对20~80cm土壤盐分无明显影响.与CK和PS处理相比,1年后SM-A和SM-2A处理的0~100cm土壤pH和0~60cm土壤水分含量显著提高;与CK相比,桔秆覆盖处理的表层土壤有机碳含量显著降低,但对土壤全氮、碳氮比和容重等无显著影响(P>0.05).结论综合考虑降盐和培肥效果,秸秆覆盖处理结合适量有机肥施用可能是将来进行滩涂极重度盐土降盐和培肥改土的重要措施.

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveThe impacts of planting halophyte and straw mulching on soil nutrients and desalting in ex-treme saline soil of mud flat areas were studied in order to provide reference for soil desalination and amelioration in coas-tal mud flat areas.MethodIn May,2014,four treatments were applied in extreme saline soil(salinity over 10 g/kg)of coastal mud flat areas in Jiangsu:control(CK,bare land),planting Suaeda(PS),15 t/ha straw mulching(SM-A),30 t/ha straw mulching(SM-2A).Meanwhile,soil salinity,pH and soil moisture of 0-10,10-20,20-40,40-60,60-80 and 80-100 cm soil layers and soil nutrient contents of topsoil were determined.ResultCompared with CK,soil salinity at soil depth of 0-100 cm after one year of treatment obviously declined in treatments SM-A and SM-2A(P<0.05,the same below),and soil salinity at soil depth of 0-60,60-80 and 80-100 cm decreased by over 96.0%,84.9% and 55.8% respectively.Soil salinity in PS treatment were significantly decreased by 51.0% at topsoil,but had no significant effects on that at soil depth of 20-80 cm.Compared with CK and PS treatment,one year later,soil pH value at 0-100 cm soil depth and soil moisture content at 0-60 cm soil depth significantly increased in treatments SM-A and SM-2A after one year.Compared with CK,straw mulching treatment could significantly decrease soil organic carbon in topsoil,but they had no significant difference on soil total nitrogen,carbon-nitrogen ratio,bulk and porosity(P>0.05).ConclusionConsidering the desalination and soil fertility improvement,straw mulching combined with applying proper organic fertilizer may be an important measure to promote soil desalination and amelioration in extreme saline soil of coastal areas in the future.
