海南豇豆多菌灵、啶虫脒和阿维菌素残留及其膳食风险评估

Residue analysis and dietary risk assessment of carbendazim, acetamiprid and abamectin in Vigna unguiculata L. Walp in Hainan

  • 摘要: 目的探明海南产区豇豆中多菌灵、啶虫脒和阿维菌素的残留水平及膳食暴露风险情况,为豇豆风险监管提供科学依据.方法应用超高效液相色谱—串联质谱法对采自海南省的295份豇豆样品中多菌灵、啶虫脒和阿维菌素残留进行检测,通过风险商(HI)对3种农药残留膳食风险进行评估.结果295份豇豆样品中有242份(82.0%)样品农药残留为阳性,多菌灵、啶虫脒和阿维菌素在样品中的检出率分别为45.8%、64.4%和28.8%,残留值范围分别为0.016~3.049、0.015~1.710和0.011~0.312 mg/kg.通过食用豇豆摄入多菌灵、啶虫脒和阿维菌素残留的最高HI分别为0.200、0.262和0.718.结论海南产区豇豆中多菌灵、啶虫脒和阿维菌素的膳食暴露风险在可接受水平,不会给公众健康带来危害.

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveThe aim of this study was to explore the residue levels of carbendazim,acetamiprid and aba-mectin in Vigna unguiculata L. Walp produced in Hainan and the potential dietary risk from the consumption of V. unguicu-lata,in order to provide reference for risk supervision of V. unguiculata.MethodResidues of carbendazim,acetamiprid and abamectin in 295 V. unguiculata samples collected in Hainan were analyzed by ultra-high performance liquid chroma-tography-tandem mass spectrometry,and then dietary risk of the three pesticide residues was assessed with hazard index (HI).ResultPositive pesticide residues were detected in 242(82.0%)samples out of 295 V. unguiculata samples. Detec-tion rates of carbendazim,acetamiprid and abamectin in the samples were 45.8%,64.4%and 28.8%,with residue value ranging from 0.016-3.049,0.015-1.710 and 0.011-0.312 mg/kg respectively. The highest HI for residues of carbendazim, acetamiprid and abamectin from consumption of V. unguiculata were 0.200,0.262 and 0.718 respectively.ConclusionThe dietary exposure risk of acetamiprid,carbendazim and abamectin in V. unguiculata from Hainan are acceptable and does not pose serious hazard to public health.
