土壤酸碱度与榨菜根肿病的关系分析

  • 摘要: 目的研究不同土壤(pH)酸碱度条件下榨菜根肿病发生的严重程度,探究土壤pH与榨菜根肿病的关系,为榨菜根肿病的防治提供理论依据.方法在重庆市涪陵区榨菜根肿病区采集土壤样品288份测定其pH,测定不同pH条件下根肿病菌休眠孢子萌发率、根肿病发病率及榨菜营养生长情况,研究土壤pH与榨菜根肿病间的关系.结果288份发病土样pH集中分布于4.00~7.00.根肿病菌休眠孢子的萌发率在pH 5.00~6.50时较高,均在50.00%以上,在pH 3.00、4.00、8.00、8.50、9.00和10.00时萌发率较低.温室盆栽试验结果显示,酸性环境下榨菜根肿病发病率显著高于碱性环境,在pH 4.50~6.50时榨菜根肿病发病严重,以pH 6.00时发病最严重,病情指数达84.22,在pH 8.00时不发生根肿病.不同pH条件下榨菜各生长指标测定结果显示,榨菜在pH 5.00~7.50时长势较好,在pH 6.50~7.00时长势最佳,在pH 4.00和8.00时生长受到抑制.结论土壤pH 4.50~6.50的弱酸性环境利于榨菜根肿病的发生,最适宜榨菜营养生长的pH为6.50~7.00.生产中可通过调节土壤pH,再配合其他防治措施以控制榨菜根肿病的发生.

     

    Abstract: Objective The purpose of this study was to research the severity of clubtoot of Brassicajuncea var.tumida Tsen & Lee under different soil pH and the relationship between the pH and clubroot of B.juncea,and provide reference for control of clubroot.Method 288 soil samples were collected from the infected fields of clubroot in Fuling District,Chongqing City,and their pH were measured.Meanwhile,the germination rate of resting spores,nutritional growth of B.juncea and clubroot incidence were measured under different pH conditions to investigate the relationship between pH and B.juncea clubroot.Result The pH of 288 pathogenic soil samples was distributed from 4.00 to 7.00.The germination rate of resting spores was higher than 50% when the pH was between 5.00-6.50,and the rates were low at pH 3.00,4.00,8.00,8.50,9.00 and 10.00.Pot experiment in greenhouse indicated that in acidic environment,clubroot incidence was significantly higher than in alkaline environment.The incidence of clubroot was serious when pH was between 4.50-6.50,and was the most serious at pH 6.00 with disease index being 84.22.Clubroot did not occur when pH was 8.00.In addition,the growth indexes of B.juncea under different pH conditions were measured.The results showed that the growth of B.juncea was sound between pH 5.00-7.50,the growth rate was the best at pH 6.50,and was inhibited at pH 4.0 and 8.00.Conclusion The clubroot of B.juncea is likely to happen under weak acidic condition (pH 4.50-6.50).The most suitable pH for the vegetative growth of B.juncea is between 6.50-7.00.In planting,clubroot of B.juncea can be controlled by regulating soil pH combining other measures.
