不同温度和赤霉素浓度对百脉根种子萌发及植株萌蘖生长的影响

Effects of different temperatures and gibberellin with different concentrations on seed germination and sprout tiller growth of Lotus corniculatus L.

  • 摘要: 目的研究不同温度和赤霉素(GA3)浓度对百脉根种子萌发及其植株萌蘖生长的影响,为百脉根丰产栽培和综合利用提供理论依据.方法分别在10、15、20和25℃下开展百脉根种子萌发试验,并在20℃恒温条件下开展100.0、200.0、300.0、400.0和500.0 mg/L GA3溶液浸种萌发试验,对比分析百脉根种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数及其植株萌蘖和根系生长情况.结果10℃处理的百脉根种子发芽率(64.44%)最高,20℃处理的发芽势(40.00%)和发芽指数(7.17)最高;25℃处理的发芽率最低(42.22%),与10℃处理差异显著(P<0.05,下同);10℃处理下发芽势(10.00%)和发芽指数(0.50)最低,与15、20和25℃处理的差异显著.在20℃恒温条件下,100.0 mg/L GA3处理的百脉根种子发芽率(52.22%)、发芽势(45.56%)和发芽指数(7.41)均显著高于300.0、400.0和500.0 mg/L GA3处理.以秋季的平均净萌蘖株数最多,为4.73株,其他季度平均净萌蘖株数分别为2.23株(春季)、3.40株(夏季)和2.53株(冬季).结论百脉根种子以100.0 mg/L GA3浸种24 h后在20℃恒温条件下的萌发效果最佳,秋季萌蘖生长株数最多,可在百脉根生产中推广应用.

     

    Abstract: Objective Effects of different temperatures and gibberellin (GA3 ) with different concentrations on seed germination and seedling sprout tillers growth of Lotus corniculatus L. were studied in order to provide theoretical basis for high yield cultivation and comprehensive application of L. corniculatus L. MethodSeed germination test of L. corniculatus L. was carried out at 10, 15, 20 and 25 ℃ respectively,and seed soaking germination test with 100.0, 200.0, 300.0, 400.0 and 500.0 mg/L GA3 solution was carried out under constant temperature condition of 20 ℃.The germination rate, germination potential, germination index,seedling sprout tillers and root growth of seedlings in the two tests were comparatively analyzed. ResultThe germination rate(64.44%) of L. Corniculatus L. seeds was the highest at 10 ℃. Germination potential(40.00%) and germination index(7.17) were the highest at 20 ℃. Germination rate(42.22%) was the lowest when treated by 25 ℃,and it was significantly different(P<0.05,the same below) from that treated by 10 ℃. The germination potential(10.00%) and germination index(0.50) was the lowest at 10 ℃,and was significant different from those treated at 15,20 and 25 ℃. Under the condition of constant temperature at 20 ℃, for seedlings in 100.0 mg/L GA3 treatment, germination rate(52.22%),germination potential(45.56%) and germination index(7.41) of L. corniculatus L.seeds were significantly higher than those in 300.0,400.0 and 500.0 mg/L GA3 treatments. The average net sprout tillers were the highest(4.73) in autumn. The average net sprout tillers were 2.23 in spring, 3.40 in summer and 2.53 in winter.ConclusionThe best germination effects of L. corniculatus L. seeds is achieved in 100.0 mg/L GA3 soaking treatment for 24 h at 20 ℃ constant temperature. In this treatment, the number of sprout tillers growth in autumn is the most. Therefore, it can be applied in L. corniculatu L. cultivation.
