野酿2号两性花毛葡萄二次结果技术研究

Preliminary trial report on the second fruiting technology of Yeniang No.2 Vitis quinquangularis Rehd. with hermaphrodite flower

  • 摘要: 【目的】开展野酿2号两性花毛葡萄品种二次结果技术研究,为毛葡萄科学合理修剪生产二次果提供理论依据。【方法】对野酿2号毛葡萄夏芽、冬芽副梢进行二次结果试验,调查冬芽副梢成花与主梢节位和枝条粗度关系,并对一、二次果产量、品质性状进行比较分析。【结果】冬芽副梢成花能力及结果性状优于夏芽副梢;修剪时间选择在6月下旬至7月中旬,主梢粗度大于1.0 cm、节位7~12节抽生的冬芽其萌芽、成花及结实能力均较强;二次果高糖高酸、风味较浓,具备酿造优质葡萄酒的特性。【结论】6月下旬至7月中旬选择粗度大于1.0 cm的主梢,保留7~12节进行修剪,促使冬芽副梢结果,能获得高产、优质的二次果。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveThe second fruiting technology of Yeniang No.2 Vitis quinquangularis Rehd. with hermaphrodite flower was studied to provide theoretical references for pruning the second fruits of Vitis quinquangularis Rehd. scientifically and properly. MethodSecond fruiting production tests of summer buds and winter buds in Yeniang No.2 were conducted to investigate the relationship among bearing branch node, branch roughness and winter bud flowering. The first and second fruit yield and quality traits were comparatively analyzed. ResultWinter bud flowering and fruit character were better than those of summer bud. Pruning time was chosen in late June to middle July. Bearing branch roughness was greater than 1.0 cm, and winter buds sprouted from 7-12 node showed strong sprouting, flowering and fruiting ability. The second fruits had superior brewing wine quality with high sugar and acid and strong flavor. ConclusionBearing branch roughness should be bigger than 1.0 cm and the 7-12 node should be maintained for pruning in late June to middle July. Under above-mentioned conditions, fruiting of winter bud could be promoted and high-yield and top quality second fruits could be produced.
