大白花杜鹃总黄酮提取工艺的优化

Optimization of extraction technology of total flavonoids from Rhododendron decorum Franch

  • 摘要: 目的优化大白花杜鹃总黄酮的提取工艺条件,为其药用开发提供技术支持.方法以大白花杜鹃为原料、乙醇为提取溶剂,通过单因素试验及正交试验考察料液比、提取温度、乙醇体积分数和提取时间对大白花杜鹃总黄酮提取效果的影响.结果影响大白花杜鹃总黄酮提取效果的因素顺序为:提取温度>乙醇体积分数>料液比>提取时间,其最佳提取工艺条件为:以60%乙醇为提取溶剂,在料液比1∶60、90℃条件下回流提取2.5 h,大白花杜鹃总黄酮提取率为25.9%.结论乙醇回流法具有操作简便、提取率高、稳定性好等特点,可有效提取大白花杜鹃总黄酮.
