用电导法配合Logistic方程测定茶梅品种的抗寒性

Determination of cold resistance of Camellia sasanqua Thunb.varieties using conductance and Logistic equation methods

  • 摘要: 目的测定杭州地区5个常见茶梅品种的抗寒性,为茶梅品种向长江以北地区推广提供科学依据.方法以目前杭州地区园林应用最广的5个山茶科山茶属茶梅品种立寒、朝仓、昭和之荣、冬牡丹、笑颜为试验材料,在冬季低温条件下进行相对电导率测定,并于寒害发生后进行低温半致死温度测定.结果5个茶梅品种均随着外界气温的降低,相对电导率呈先升高后降低的趋势;低温半致死温度处于-21~-14C.结论5个茶梅品种对低温环境均具有较强的适应和调节能力及一定的抗寒能力,其中以昭和之荣的抗寒力最强.
