香蕉假茎生物脱胶菌株筛选及其应用效果初探

Screening and preliminary application of microbial strains for bio-retting of false stem of Musa nana Lour

  • 摘要: 进行香蕉假茎生物脱胶菌株筛选和生物脱胶提取香蕉假茎纤维初步试验研究,为生物脱胶提取香蕉假茎纤维实际应用提供依据.从腐烂香蕉假茎和土壤等样品中分离筛选对香蕉假茎具有脱胶作用菌株,并利用筛选出优良菌株对香蕉假茎进行脱胶,测定假茎失重率、纤维得率和残胶率,对菌株脱胶性能进行综合评价.筛选出FR1和BR2-1菌株对香蕉假茎均表现出很好脱胶效,其最佳脱胶时间均为72 h,脱胶前香蕉假茎含胶率为83.6%,脱胶后分别降至24.7%和20.2%,失重率分别达72.9%和77.8%,纤维得率分别达2.27%和2.01%.筛选获得FR1和BR2-1菌株在香蕉假茎脱胶提取纤维上均有较好应用潜力,表明应用生物脱胶去除香蕉假茎中胶质物质来提取生物纤维完全可行.
