广西北部蔗区甘蔗黄叶病调查

Investigations on sugarcane yellow leaf disease in northern sugarcane growing areas of Guangxi

  • 摘要: 目的探明甘蔗黄叶病在广西北部蔗区的发生情况,为甘蔗健康种苗生产提供科学依据.方法从广西北部蔗区采集不同品种显症或不显症甘蔗样品,采用引物(P1:5'-AATCAGTGCACACATCCGAG-3'/P2:5'-GGAGCGTCGCCTACCTATT-3')进行SCYLV一步法RT-PCR检测.结果柳州郊区蔗区调查的8个品种中有6个品种带毒,带毒率为75.0%;柳城蔗区调查的7个品种全部带毒,带毒率为100.0%;鹿寨蔗区调查的4个品种中有2个品种带毒,带毒率为50.0%;宜州蔗区调查的6个品种中有4个带毒,带毒率为66.7%.在所调查的品种中,柳城03-182、桂糖21和台糖16在作为调查对象的蔗区均检测出黄叶病毒;丰栽品种ROC22也在柳城和宜州蔗区检测出黄叶病毒.结论甘蔗黄叶病已在广西北部蔗区发生,且有向外蔓延的趋势.
