欧李果实中矿质元素、干物质和水分的分配及相关性

Distribution of mineral nutrients,dry matter and moisture Contents and their correlations in different tissues and organs of wild Cerasus humilis during fruit development stages

  • 摘要: 目的揭示欧李果实发育过程中矿质元素、干物质和水分的分配规律及相互关系,为研究欧李果实矿质元素吸收机制提供理论依据.方法以野生欧李为试材,研究野生欧李果实发育期不同阶段(幼果膨大期、硬核期、成熟增长期)结果基生枝矿质营养元素(Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Ca、Mg、K)在各组织器官中的分配及其与干物质和水分分配的相关性.结果各组织器官中Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Mg元素分配总体表现为:新梢>果实>韧皮部>木质部;K分配与水分分配变化规律一致,表现为:果实>新梢>韧皮部>木质部;而Ca元素在新梢中分配居多,其次为韧皮部.各组织器官中矿质元素与干物质和水分分配的相关规律各异,其中K元素的相关性最为显著.结论欧李各组织器官干物质积累和水分代谢影响矿质元素吸收与积累,K元素代谢对果实钙素吸收影响最大.
