盐酸黄连素对菜青虫和小菜蛾的拒食活性试验

The antifeeding effect experiment of berberine chloride against Pieris rapae Linnaeus and Plutella xylostella L.

  • 摘要: 采用浸渍叶碟法分别测定了盐酸黄连素对菜青虫和小菜蛾幼虫的选择性和非选择性拒食活性.结果表明,盐酸黄连素对菜青虫和小菜蛾幼虫均具有较好的拒食效果,选择性拒食作用毒力回归方程分别为Y=2.58X-3.73和Y=3.08X-5.64,拒食中浓度AFC50分别为2.41和2.88 mg/mL;非选择性拒食作用毒力回归方程分别为Y=1.95X-1.54和Y=1.93X-1.21,拒食中浓度AFC50别为2.27和1.64 mg/mL;其中盐酸黄连素对菜青虫幼虫的选择性拒食效果好于对小菜蛾幼虫的效果,而对小菜蛾幼虫的非选择性拒食效果好于对菜青虫幼虫的效果.
