广西罗非鱼海豚链球菌的分离鉴定

Isolation and identification of Streptococcus inina in tilapia from Guangxi

  • 摘要: 从发病罗非鱼中分离获得2株呈β溶血的革兰氏阴性杆菌,经细菌形态、培养、生理生化特性初步鉴定为海豚链球菌,结合PCR检测、PCR产物核苷酸序列测序及Blast比对分析,进一步确定该分离菌株为海豚链球菌.致病性试验结果显示,该分离菌株为致病菌株,能引起罗非鱼发生海豚链球菌病;而药敏试验结果显示,该分离菌株对新霉素、氟苯尼考、菌必治、林可霉素、卡那霉素等药物高度敏感,但对氟哌酸、庆大霉素、痢特灵、链霉素、四环素等不敏感.
