水培条件下连作对苦荞幼苗植株形态和生理特性的影响

Effects of continuous cropping on plant morphology and physiological characteristics of tartary buckwheat seedlings under hydroponics

  • 摘要: 【目的】探究连作对苦荞幼苗生长的影响及苦荞品种间对连作障碍响应的差异,以期为苦荞的高产栽培提供理论和技术支撑。【方法】以九江苦荞和晋荞2号2个苦荞品种为试验材料,在水培条件下设连作0(CK)、1(C1)、2(C2)、3 (C3)、4 (C4)和5 (C5)次共6个处理,对比分析各连作处理对苦荞幼苗植株形态和生理特性的影响。【结果】九江苦荞和晋荞2号的株高、植株鲜质量、总根长、根表面积、根系活力、叶片叶绿素和可溶性蛋白含量均随着连作次数的增加呈持续下降的变化趋势,其中根表面积的下降幅度最大,与CK相比,九江苦荞和晋荞2号在C5处理时分别下降79.28%和68.81%;苦荞叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性随着连作次数的增加均表现为先上升后下降,九江苦荞叶片SOD、POD和CAT活性在C2处理达最大值,晋荞2号则在C3处理达最大值;苦荞叶片的丙二醛(MDA)和超氧阴离子自由基含量随着连作次数的增加而增加,与CK相比,九江苦荞和晋荞2号C5处理的MDA含量增幅分别为36.34%和25.04%,超氧阴离子自由基含量增幅分别为77.82%和52.87%;随着连作次数增加,2个苦荞品种叶片的叶绿素和可溶性蛋白含量均持续下降,九江苦荞和晋荞2号C5处理的叶绿素含量降幅分别为70.96%和54.09%,可溶性蛋白含量降幅分别为38.89%和32.23%。【结论】连作在一定程度上会影响苦荞幼苗生长,苦荞品种间对连作障碍的响应存在差异,总体以九江苦荞受连作障碍的影响程度大于晋荞2号。

     

    Abstract: 【Objective】The purpose of the study was to explore the effect of continuous cropping on the growth of tartary buckwheat seedlings and differential response of different tartary buckwheat varieties to continuous cropping obstacles,and to provide theoretical and technical support for high-yield cultivation of tartary buckwheat.【Method】 Two tartary buckwheat varieties, Jiujiang buckwheat and Jinqiao 2, were used as experimental materials. Under the condition of hydroponics, continuous cropping was carried out for 6 times,including 0(CK),1(C1),2(C2),3(C3),4(C4)and 5(C5). The effects of each continuous cropping treatment on the morphological and physiological characteristics of tartary buckwheat seedlings were comparatively analyzed.【Result】 The plant height,plant fresh weight,total root length,root surface area,root activity,chlorophyll and soluble protein content in leaves of Jiujiang buckwheat and Jinqiao 2 all showed a continuous decreasing trend with the increase of continuous cropping times,among which the root surface area decreased the most, compared with CK, Jiujiang buckwheat and Jinqiao 2 decreased by 79.28% and 68.81% respectively in C5 treatment. The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) in tartary buckwheat leaves increased at first and then decreased with the increase of continuous cropping times. The activities of SOD,POD and CAT in Jiujiang buckwheat leaves reached the maximum in C2 treatment,while that of Jinqiao 2 leaves reached the maximum in C3 treatment. The contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)and superoxide anion radical in tartary buckwheat leaves gradually increased with the increase of continuous cropping times. Compared with CK,the content of MDA in C5 treatment of Jiujiang buckwheat and Jinqiao 2 increased by 36.34% and 25.04% respectively, and the content of superoxide anion radical in C5 treatment of Jiujiang buckwheat and Jinqiao 2 increased by 77.82% and 52.87% respectively. With the increase of continuous cropping times,the contents of chlorophyll and soluble protein in the leaves of two tartary buckwheat varieties decreased continuously. The chlorophyll content of Jiujiang buckwheat and Jinqiao 2 in C5 treatment decreased by 70.96% and 54.09% respectively,and the soluble protein content decreased by 38.89% and 32.23%,respectively.【Conclusion】 Continuous cropping will affect the growth of tartary buckwheat seedlings to certain extent,and there are differences among buckwheat varieties in their responses to continuous cropping obstacles. In general,Jiujiang buckwheat is more affected by continuous cropping obstacles than Jinqiao 2.
