我国不同产区马铃薯栽培品种的主要品质性状比较分析

Analysis of main quality traits of potato cultivars from different producing areas in China

  • 摘要: 【目的】综合分析我国不同产区马铃薯品种的主要品质性状,为今后马铃薯育种目标的制定及种质资源的利用提供参考。【方法】从我国华北、西北、西南马铃薯主产区收集48个国内种植广泛且性状优良的马铃薯栽培品种,测定鲜薯的干物质、淀粉、总糖、可溶性糖和还原糖含量,采用相关分析、主成分分析、聚类分析及遗传多样性分析等方法对不同产区马铃薯品种的品质性状进行综合分析。【结果】48个马铃薯品种的干物质含量在13.71%~20.01%,平均值为16.85%;淀粉含量在7.94%~15.72%,平均值为11.24%;其中,中薯17号、中薯5号、陇薯7号和康尼贝克的干物质和淀粉含量较高,具有作为全粉或淀粉加工品种的潜力。48个马铃薯品种鲜薯总糖含量在55.25~287.70 mg/g,平均值为140.10 mg/g;可溶性糖含量在2.60~26.78 mg/g,平均值为7.81 mg/g;还原糖含量在0.16~6.08 mg/g,平均值为3.12 mg/g;其中,云薯304、中薯16号、中薯26号、大西洋(石家庄)和中薯18号的还原糖含量较低。不同产区马铃薯品种品质性状存在差异,河北张家口和甘肃兰州的马铃薯品种干物质和淀粉含量较高;云南昆明和河北石家庄的马铃薯品种干物质和淀粉含量相对较低;云南昆明和河北张家口的马铃薯品种还原糖含量较低。相关分析结果显示,干物质含量与淀粉含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与总糖含量呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。聚类分析将48个马铃薯品种分为3类,第I类包含青薯168、HF-10、丽薯10号和陇薯7号,具有较高的干物质、淀粉和总糖含量;第II类包含青薯6号、青薯9号(西宁)、下寨65、丽薯6号、青薯10号和乐薯1号,具有较低的总糖含量;其余品种无明显的优势性状特点。5个品质性状的遗传多样性指数在1.77~2.03,总糖含量的遗传多样性指数最低,淀粉含量的遗传多样性指数最高。【结论】我国马铃薯品种干物质和淀粉含量总体水平较低,具有较大提升空间;将近一半的品种还原糖含量满足油炸食品生产要求。与淀粉和干物质含量相比,糖含量受环境因素及栽培措施的影响较大。

     

    Abstract: 【Objective】To comprehensively analyze the main quality traits of potato cultivars form different producing areas in China,and to provide reference for making breeding objectives and the utilization of germplasm resources. 【Method】The contents of dry matter,starch,total sugar,soluble sugar and reducing sugar in fresh potato were measured in tubers of 48 potato cultivars widely cultivated in different main producing areas,including northern,northwestern and southwestern China. The methods of correlation,principal component analysis,cluster analysis and genetic diversity were used to comprehensively analyze the quality traits of potato cultivars from different producing areas.【Result】The result showed that the dry matter content of 48 potato cultivars tubers ranged from 13.71% to 20.01%,with an average of 16.85%. The starch content ranged from 7.94% to 15.72%,with an average of 11.24%. Among them,the cultivars of Zhongshu 17,Zhongshu 5,Longshu 7 and Kennebec had higher content of dry matter and starch than others,which had the potential to be used as the special cultivars for processing whole flour or starch. The total sugar content of the 48 potato cultivars ranged from 55.25-287.70 mg/g,with an average of 140.10 mg/g;the soluble sugar content ranged from 2.60 to 26.78 mg/g,with an average of 7.81 mg/g;the reducing sugar ranged from 0.16 to 6.08 mg/g,with an average of 3.12 mg/g. Among them,the reducing sugar content of Yunshu 304,Zhongshu 16,Zhongshu 26,Atlantic(Shijiazhuang)and Zhongshu 18 were low. The quality traits of potato cultivars from different producing areas had some differences. For example,the cultivars from Zhangjiakou of Hebei Province and Lanzhou of Gansu Province had higher dry matter and starch contents;the cultivars from Kunming of Yunnan Province and Zhangjiakou of Hebei Province had lower reducing sugar content. Correlation analysis showed that dry matter content was extremely significantly positively correlated with starch content(P<0.01),and was significantly negatively correlated with total sugar content(P<0.05). The 48 potato cultivars were divided into 3 categories based on cluster analysis. The first category contained Qingshu 168,HF-10,Lishu 10 and Longshu 7,which had higher dry matter,starch and total sugar contents;the second category contained Qingshu 6,Qingshu 9(Xining),Xiazhai 65,Lishu 6,Qingshu 10 and Leshu 1,which had lower total sugar content. The other cultivars had no obvious dominant trait characters. The genetic diversity indexes of 5 traits was 1.77-2.03. The starch content and total sugar content had the highest and lowest genetic diversity indexrespectively.【Conclusion】The overall level of dry matter and starch content of potato cultivars in China are relatively low,which still has great room for improvement. The reducing sugar content of nearly half of the cultivars meets the requirement of fried food production. Compared with starch and dry matter content,sugar content is more affected by cultivation environments and practices.
