赤霉素对甘蔗发芽和早期蔗茎生长的潜在调节作用

Potential regulatory role of gibberellic acid on sprouting and early stalk growth of sugarcane

  • 摘要: 以甘蔗品种CoSe 92423单芽为材料,在盘栽条件下研究赤霉素(GA,)对甘蔗生长特点和生化特性的影响.将甘蔗单芽分别浸人10,20,50和100 mg·L~(-1)赤霉素溶液中24 h,以清水为对照,将处理的芽段种植于网室泥盘中.结果表明,低水平GA赴理(10,20,和50 mg·L~(-1))均可刺激蔗芽生长和甘蔗植株的生长,根数、根和叶片鲜重、蔗茎鲜重、叶面积以及茎长均有所增加.与对照相比(70%),赤霉素可使蔗芽萌发早,发芽率高,其中以50 mg·L~(-1)GA_3处理的发芽率最高,为90%.经赤霉素处理的甘蔗株高和茎重分别增加90%-110%,252%-282%,其中以20 mg·L~(-1)GA_3处理最高.此外,赤霉素处理的蔗芽中还原糖和IAA含量也有所增加,且均以20 mg·L~(-1)GA_3处理最高.因此,低水平赤霉素均对蔗芽萌发和生长具有刺激作用,但高水平赤霉素则对甘蔗生长有抑制作用.

     

    Abstract: Effect of gibberellic acid (GA_3) on growth characteristics and biochemical attributes of sugarcane plants using single bud setts was studied under tray culture conditions Single bud setts of sugarcane (Saccharum spp.hybrid) cultivar CoSe 92423 were soaked in graded concentration of GA3 solutions (10,20,50 and 100 mg·L~(-1)GA_3) along with water soaked control for 24 h.Treated setts were planted in soil tray culture and maintained under net house conditions.Lower levels of GA3 (10,20 and 50 mg· L~(-1)GA_3) showed stimulatory effects on bud sprouting and growth attributes viz.,root number,fresh weight of root,leaf and shoot,leaf area and shoot height.Compared to control (70%),GA_3 treatment showed early and higher rate of bud sprouting; maximum sprouting (90%) was recorded at 50 mg·L~(-1)GA_3 level.Increase in plant height and shoot weight ranged from 90 to 110% and 252 to 282%,respectively; maximum improvement was recorded at 20 mg·L~(-1)GA_3 level.Reducing sugars and IAA contents in sprouted buds increased due to GA3 treatment,and recorded highest at 20 mg·L~(-1)GA_3.Results obtained indicated stimulatory effect of lower levels of GA3 (10,20,50 mg·L~(-1)) on bud sprouting and growth attributes while higher level showed inhibitory effect on sugarcane growth.
