31份木薯种质资源的鉴定评价及遗传多样性分析

Identification, evaluation and genetic diversity analysis of 31 cassava germplasm resources

  • 摘要: 目的从供试木薯种质材料中筛选优良种质,为我国木薯新品种的选育提供优良亲本.方法从植物学性状、农艺性状及氢氰酸含量等方面对31份国内外引进与收集的木薯资源进行初步鉴定评价,并对相关性状进行遗传多样性分析.结果31份木薯种质资源在叶片形状、叶片颜色、叶裂数、叶柄颜色、叶脉颜色、主茎内外皮颜色、茎秆生长情况、株型、茎分叉、分支角度、株高、主茎高度、主茎直径、块根分布、结薯集中度、块根形状、块根内外皮颜色和块根肉质颜色等方面均表现出较丰富的遗传多样性.从31份种质资源中筛选出株型较好的资源13份,单株鲜薯产量>2800.00 g的资源4份,氢氰酸含量<50.00 mg/kg的资源10份,单株鲜薯产量≥2901.75 g、收获指数≥0.74、氢氰酸含量≤28.86 mg/kg的资源2份.结论31份木薯种质资源具有较丰富的遗传多样性,其中筛选出2份单株产量高、收获指数高、氢氰酸含量低的种质,可在优良食用木薯育种中重点利用.

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveThe germplasm resources with good traits were screened out from the tested cassava germplasm resources to provide parents for breeding of excellent domestic cassava varieties. MethodBotanical characteristics,agro-nomic characteristics and hydrocyanic acid content of 31 cassava germplasm resources from home and aboard were evaluated, and genetic diversity analysis on related traits were also conducted. ResultIn 31 cassava germplasm resources, rich genetic diversities were presented in leaf shape, leaf color, lobe number, color of petiole,color of leaf vein, color of ma-ture main stem outer bark, color of mature main stem inner bark,growth of stem, plant shape,branch angle, plant height, height of main stem, diameter of main stem, root tuber distribution,root tuber concentration,root tuber shape,color of root tuber outer bark, color of root tuber inner bark and color of root pulp. From the 31 cassava germplasm resources, 13 germplasm resources with good plant shape were selected, four germplasm resources with fresh root tuber yield per plant>2800.00 g were selected. Ten germplasm resources with hydrocyanic acid content<50.00 mg/kg, two with fresh root tuber yield per plant≥2901.75 g, harvest index≥0.74 and hydrocyanic acid content≤28.86 mg/kg were selected. Conclu-sionThe 31 cassava germplasm resources enjoy rich genetic diversity. Two germplasm resources with high yield, high harvest index and low hydrocyanic acid content were screened out, which can be used in edible cassave variety breeding as key materials.
