不同木薯品种苗期长势及叶片生理特性比较

Comparison of growth vigor and leaf physiological features among different cassava varieties during seedling stage

  • 摘要: 目的比较不同木薯品种苗期的生长情况及叶片内在生理生化特性,为选育高产优质木薯品种提供科学依据.方法以桂垦09-26、桂垦09-11、华南205、新选048、华南124、辐选01、南植199和GR891 8个木薯品种为试验材料,对其苗期植株高度、茎径及叶片叶绿素、可溶性糖、蔗糖、还原糖和淀粉含量等生理指标进行比较分析.结果苗期植株较高的品种为桂垦09-26、新选048、华南205和桂垦09-11,茎径较粗的品种为辐选01、桂垦09-26、华南124和新选048,叶绿素含量较高的品种为桂垦09-26、辐选01、南植199和GR891,可溶性糖含量较高的品种为桂垦09-26、华南124、桂垦09-11和新选048,蔗糖含量较高的品种为华南205、华南124、桂垦09-26和新选048,还原糖含量较高的品种为新选048、华南205、华南124和南植199,淀粉含量较高的品种为辐选01、GR891、华南205和新选048.结论桂垦09-26、新选048和华南205苗期综合长势较好,可溶性糖、还原糖、蔗糖和淀粉含量也较高,有利于木薯生长后期提高块根产量和淀粉含量.

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveGrowth vigor and leaf physiological features among different cassava varieties during seedling stage were compared in order to provide theoretical references for breeding high-yield cassava varieties.MethodEight cassava varieties were taken as the materials,namely Guiken 09-26,Guiken 09-11,SC 205,Xinxuan 048,SC 124,Fuxuan 01,Nanzhi 199 and GR 891.Plant height,stem diameter,chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content,sucrose content,reducing sugar content,and starch content were analyzed in this experiment.ResultPlant heights of Guiken 09-26,Xinxuan 048,SC 205 and Guiken 09-11 were tall during seeding stage.Stem diameters of Fuxuan 01,Guiken 09-26,SC 124 and Xinxuan 048 were thick.Chlorophyll contents of Guiken 09-26,Fuxuan 01,Nanzhi 199 and GR 891 were high.Soluble sugar contents of Guiken 09-26,SC 124,Guiken 09-11 and Xinxuan 048 were high.Varieties with high sucrose content were SC 205,SC 124,Guiken 09-26 and Xinxuan 048.Xinxuan 048,SC 205,SC 124 and Nanzhi 199 contained high reducing sugar content.Starch contents of Fuxuan 01,GR 891,SC 205 and Xinxuan 048 were high.ConclusionThe superior varieties are Guiken 09-26,Xinxuan 048 and SC 205,which contain high soluble sugar content,reducing sugar content and sucrose content during seedling stage,and have sound growth vigor.All these advantages are beneficial for root yield and starch content at late growth period.
