Abstract:
ObjectiveIn order to provide reference for high-yield cultivation of Auricularia polytricha(Mout) Sacc., effects of adding soybean meal to substrate on yield and quality of A. polytricha was investigated. MethodThe 1.0%, 3.0%and 5.0%soybean meal were added to traditional substrates, respectively, with traditional substrate without soybean meal as control(CK). Then the growth situation, yield and benefit of A. polytricha mycelia in different formulas of sub-strates were observed and determined, and the main nutrients and functional amino acid content were analyzed. ResultThe results showed that, compared with CK, by adding 1.0%, 3.0%, 5.0% soybean meal to traditional substrates, A. polytricha mycelia became pure white, absorbed faster nutrient from substrate, and grew better, so the yields of single bags with 1.0%, 3.0%, 5.0% soybean meal were increased by 3.54%, 8.45% and 12.21%, respectively, and the protein contents were increased by 11.65%, 21.68%, 23.71%, respectively, the crude fiber contents were increased by 47.30%, 59.46% and 13.51%, respectively, total amino acids contents were increased by 10.77%, 14.63% and 25.24%, respec-tively, the essential amino acids was increased by 16.42%, 21.89% and 29.35%, respectively. A. polytricha mycelia in traditional substrate with 5% soybean meal were more dense, and total yield of single bag was significantly higher than those of other treatments(P<0.05), furthermore, the protein content, total amino acids content, essential amino acids con-tent and reducing sugar content were the highest, the crude fiber content was lower, and the crude fat content was the low-est. The profits of single bags with 1.0%, 3.0% and 5.0% soybean meal were higher than that of CK, respectively, which were increase by 0.04, 0.08, and 0.10 yuan, respectively. ConclusionAdding soybean meal to traditional substrates can obviously increase yield, main nutritional components and the functional amino acid content, especially adding 5.0%soybean meal with the best culture effect, that should be applied in the actual production of A. polytricha.
