入侵植物肿柄菊堆肥对不同作物的应用效果

Application effects of compost from invasive plant Tithonia diversifolia on different crops

  • 摘要: 【目的】 探究肿柄菊堆肥技术及其对不同作物的应用效果,为该重大入侵植物资源化利用提供理论依据,以期实现以用促控的综合治理目标。【方法】 将肿柄菊茎叶与玉米秸秆粉碎后混配,分别添加和不添加微生物菌剂进行堆肥,测定堆肥有机质和养分含量。采用玉米、烤烟、马铃薯和生菜作为供试作物进行田间试验,分别施用添加微生物菌剂肿柄菊堆肥(MOF)、不添加微生物菌剂肿柄菊堆肥(OF)、常规复合肥(NPK),以不施肥作为空白对照(CK),测定作物生长指标、叶片光合参数、养分含量和产量。【结果】肿柄菊堆肥过程中添加微生物菌剂较不添加微生物菌剂总养分含量提高12.14%,有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾含量分别提高6.63%、8.80%、11.66%和14.41%。MOF处理对4种供试作物生长的促进效果优于OF处理;相较于CK,OF和MOF处理的4种作物叶片相对叶绿素含量(SPAD值)、净光合速率均显著提高(P<0.05,下同),地上部氮、磷、钾养分积累量均显著提高。不同处理对4种作物产量的促进效果均表现为NPK>MOF>OF>CK,MOF和OF处理的4种作物产量均显著高于CK;施用肿柄菊堆肥对4种作物的增产效果存在差异,MOF和OF处理下生菜的增产率最高,分别为36.64%和28.44%,其次是烤烟的增产率,分别为22.87%和15.02%,马铃薯的增产率最低,分别为12.73%和8.86%。【结论】利用肿柄菊茎叶进行堆肥,能实现肿柄菊防治过程中有机废弃物的资源化利用,堆肥过程中添加微生物菌剂的效果更优。肿柄菊堆肥应用于生菜、玉米、马铃薯和烤烟生产中能促进作物生长并提高产量,且在生菜上的应用效果最好。

     

    Abstract: 【Objective】 To study the composting method of Tithonia diversifolia and its application effects on different crops, which could provide theoretical basis for the resource utilization of this invasive plant species, with the aim of achieving the goal of comprehensive control through utilization. 【Method】 The stems and leaves of Tithonia diversifolia and maize stalks were crushed and mixed. They were then subjected to composting with and without microbial agents. The organic matter and nutrient contents of the compost were determined. Field experiments were conducted using tested crops (maize, tobacco, potato, and lettuce). The Tithonia diversifolia compost with microbial agents (MOF), Tithonia diversifolia compost without microbial agents (OF), and the conventional compound fertilizer (NPK) were applied respectively. No fertilization was used as a blank control (CK). The growth indicators of the crops, leaf photosynthetic para-meters, nutrient contents, and yields were measured. 【Result】 Adding microbial agents to the compost of Tithonia diversifolia resulted in a 12.14% increase in total nutrient content compared to the treatment without adding microbial agents, and increased the contents of organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, and total potassium by 6.63%, 8.80%, 11.66%, and 14.41% respectively. MOF treatment showed better promotion effect on crop growth than OF treatment in four tested crops. Compared with CK, the relative chlorophyll content (SPAD values) and net photosynthetic rates of leaves of the four crops treated with OF and MOF treatments were significantly increased (P<0.05, the same below), and the accumulations of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrients in the aboveground parts were also significantly increased. The promoting effects of different treatments on the yields of the four crops were all NPK > MOF > OF > CK, and yield of the four crops in MOF and OF treatments were significantly higher than CK. There were differences in the yield promoting effects of applying the compost of Tithonia diversifolia. Under the MOF and OF treatments, the yield increase rate of lettuce was the highest, at 36.64% and 28.44% respectively, followed by that of tobacco, at 22.87% and 15.02% respectively, and the yield increase rate of potato was the lowest, at 12.73% and 8.86% respectively. 【Conclusion】 Using the stems and leaves of Tithonia diversifolia for composting can achieve the resource utilization of organic waste in the process of controlling Tithonia diversifolia. The addition of microbial agents during the composting process has better effects. The compost of Tithonia diversifolia can promote the growth of crops and increase yields when applied in the production of lettuce, maize, potato and tobacco, and the application effect is the best on lettuce.
