我国富硒农业发展现状及跨界链式创新进展

Current status of selenium-enriched agriculture in China and cross-sector chain innovation: A review

  • 摘要: 硒是人体必需的微量元素,具有抗氧化、调节免疫、抗炎症、辅助解毒等功效。富硒农业作为功能性农业的重要分支,高度契合大食物观倡导的多元化食物供给体系,从健康、经济和生态3个维度展现出显著的综合价值,不仅拓展了农业的边界,还为解决全球性营养问题提供了新的路径。在理论基础方面,地质学、环境科学、生命科学等学科的交叉融合为富硒农业的可持续发展奠定了基础;在技术体系层面,富硒农业已形成一套较完整的技术集成体系,包括土壤—作物系统调控技术、人工富硒技术、加工与检测技术及基于区块链溯源的富硒产业融合集成技术,能实现从产地到消费终端的全流程溯源,增强产品的透明度和公信力;在富硒农产品市场供求方面,受区域布局、产品类型、消费者需求与认知行为的影响,我国富硒产业总体上呈扩张态势,但区域发展差异显著。我国的富硒耕地面积超过333.33万ha,以湖北恩施、陕西安康、广西贵港、江西宜春和万安、安徽石台、湖南桃源和新田等天然富硒区为主导的富硒农业布局体系基本形成,其富硒品牌正从“资源依赖”向“科技+标准+文化”综合竞争力升级,但我国富硒农业的发展仍面临着诸多问题与挑战,包括科学与技术瓶颈、标准不一、市场障碍及产业痛点,因此需要通过农业科学、营养学、经济学等多学科的深度融合,以及从资源开发到市场应用的全链条协同创新,推动我国富硒农业向标准化、高端化、品牌化方向发展,为构建可持续发展体系和大健康社会提供战略性支撑:(1)学科交叉合作;(2)技术路径创新;(3)促进产业融合;(4)标准制定互认。

     

    Abstract: Selenium is an essential trace nutrient for the human body, and it exhibits antioxidant, immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory, and detoxification-supporting effects. Selenium-enriched agriculture, as an important branch of functional agriculture, is highly aligned with the diversified food supply system advocated by the comprehensive food vision. It demonstrates significant comprehensive value across three dimensions (health, economy, and ecology) not only expanding the boundaries of agriculture but also providing a new pathway for addressing global nutrition challenges. In terms of theoretical foundation, the integration of geology, environmental science and life sciences has established a robust theoretical framework for its sustainable development. In terms of technology system, selenium-enriched agriculture has formed a relatively comprehensive integrated technological system. Technologies such as soil-crop system regulation, artificial selenium enrichment, processing and testing, and blockchain technology-based traceability have been introduced into the selenium-enriched industry chain. These innovations enabled full-process traceability from production to consumption, enhancing product transparency and credibility. In terms of the supply and demand of selenium-enriched agricultural products, selenium industry in China was generally in an expansionary trend, yet with significant regional development disparities, influenced by regional distribution, product categories, consumer demand, and cognitive beha-vior. Selenium-enriched arable land in China exceeded 3.3333 million ha. A selenium-enriched agricultural layout system has been fundamentally established, dominated by natural selenium-enriched areas such as Enshi in Hubei, Ankang in Shaanxi, Guigang in Guangxi, Yichun and Wan’an in Jiangxi, Shitai in Anhui, Taoyuan and Xintian in Hunan. Its selenium-enriched brands have been currently upgrading from “resource dependency” to comprehensive competitiveness driven by “technology + standards + culture”. However, the development of selenium-enriched agriculture in China still faces numerous problems and challenges, including scientific and technological bottlenecks, inconsistent standards, market barriers, and industrial constraints. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the development of selenium-enriched agriculture in China toward standardization, high-endization, and branding through the deep integration of multiple disciplines such as agricultural science, nutrition science, and economics, as well as full-chain collaborative innovation from resource development to market application, thereby providing strategic support for building a sustainable development system and a healthy society: (1) interdisciplinary collaboration; (2) innovation in technical pathways; (3) promotion of industrial integration; (4) mutual recognition of standard formulation.
