洱海流域3种菜薹专用型夏播油菜外观及营养品质分析

Analysis of appearance and nutritional quality of three summer sowing rape varieties for flowering stalks in the Erhai Lake Basin

  • 摘要: 目的 分析洱海流域3种菜薹专用型夏播油菜的外观及营养品质,为洱海流域菜薹专用型油菜品种选择及种植提供参考依据。方法 在云南省大理白族自治州试种3个菜薹专用型油菜品种(硒滋圆1号、硒滋圆2号和大地95),分别从生育期、农艺性状、经济效益、外观品质和营养品质等方面分析不同油菜品种在洱海流域的适用性。结果 硒滋圆2号的抽薹期较硒滋圆1号和大地95分别提前16和19 d;大地95的3次采薹单薹重和薹粗均显著高于其他2个品种(P<0.05,下同),硒滋圆1号和硒滋圆2号的单薹重、薹长、薹粗、叶片数表现基本一致。硒滋圆2号的菜薹产量和产值最高,产量较硒滋圆1号和大地95分别显著提高31.9%和37.6%、产值显著增加30.4%和39.4%,其中第2次菜薹产量较硒滋圆1号和大地95分别提高87.8%和84.9%,是菜薹总产量提高的主要原因。分级表现为随采薹次数的增加,硒滋圆1号和硒滋圆2号菜薹外观品质总体呈逐渐降低趋势,其中硒滋圆2号第2次采薹的一级薹比例最高。硒滋圆2号全生育期氮、磷、钾积累量均最高,其中氮积累量较硒滋圆1号和大地95分别显著提高24.5%和31.8%,磷积累量较硒滋圆1号和大地95分别显著提高23.3%和52.7%;硒滋圆2号的硒、钙、锌、镁积累量及纤维素积累量也最高,可溶性糖积累量与大地95间无显著差异(P>0.05),营养品质好。结论 在相同种植条件下,硒滋圆2号菜薹特性与营养品质最佳,适合在云南大理洱海流域推广种植,能有效解决洱海流域油菜种植效益低的问题。

     

    Abstract: Objective This study aimed to analyze the appearance and nutritional quality of three summer sowing rape varieties specifically for flowering stalks in the Erhai Lake Basin, so as to provide a reference for the variety selection and cultivation of rape varieties specifically for flowering stalks in the Erhai Lake Basin.Method Three rape varie-ties specifically for flowering stalks (Xiziyuan No. 1, Xiziyuan No. 2, and Dadi 95) were planted for trial in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. The applicability of different rape varieties in the Erhai Lake Basin was analyzed from the perspectives of growth periods, agronomic traits, economic benefits, appearance quality, and nutritional quality characteristics.Result The bolting stage of Xiziyuan No. 2 came 16 d and 19 d earlier compared with Xiziyuan No. 1 and Dadi 95. The single stalk weight and stalk diameter of Dadi 95 were significantly higher than those of the other two varieties in the three harvesting times of harvesting(P<0.05,the same below). The single stalk weight, stalk length, stalk thickness, and leaf number of Xiziyuan No. 1 and Xiziyuan No. 2 were similar. The yield and output value of stalks of Xiziyuan No. 2 were the highest, with increases of yield by 31.9% and 37.6%, and increases of output value by 30.4% and 39.4% compared to those of Xiziyuan No. 1 and Dadi 95, respectively. Among them, the stalk yield in the second harvesting time of Xiziyuan No. 2 increased by 87.8% and 84.9% compared to those of Xiziyuan No. 1 and Dadi 95, respectively, which was the main reason for the increase in total stalk yield. In the grading process, as the number of harvesting time increases, the appearance quality of stalks of Xiziyuan No. 1 and Xiziyuan No. 2 gradually decreases, and Xiziyuan No. 2 had the highest proportion of grade 1 stalks during the second harvesting. For Xiziyuan No. 2, its accumulation of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium were the highest in the whole growth period; its nitrogen accumulation significantly increased by 24.5% and 31.8% compared to Xiziyuan No. 1 and Dadi 95; its phosphorus accumulation significantly increased by 23.3% and 52.7% compared to Xiziyuan No. 1 and Dadi 95, respectively; its accumulation of selenium, calcium, zinc, magnesium, and cellulose in Xiziyuan No. 2 were also the highest. There was no significant difference in soluble sugar accumulation between Xiziyuan No. 1 and Dadi 95 (P>0.05), indicating that Xiziyuan No. 2 had a better nutritional quality.Conclusion Under the same planting conditions, the rape variety Xiziyuan No. 2 shows the best stalk characteristics and nutritional quality, making it suitable for promotion plantation in the Erhai Lake Basin, Dali, Yunnan, thereby providing a solution for low rape plantation efficiency in the Erhai Lake Basin.
