移栽期对山东中部烟区雪茄烟生长发育及茄衣烟叶产量和品质的影响

Effects of transplanting period on the growth and development of cigar tobacco and the yield and quality of wrapper leaves in the central growing area of Shandong Province

  • 摘要: 目的 明确山东中部烟区茄衣烟叶生产的适宜移栽时间,优化气候资源配置,为优化该烟区雪茄烟栽培管理及促进优质茄衣烟叶生产提供参考。方法 以雪茄烟茄衣品种QX103为试验材料,设5个移栽期处理:5月10日(Y1)、5月15日(Y2)、5月20日(Y3)、5月25日(Y4)、5月30日(Y5),调查主要生育期时间及温度情况,现蕾期测定农艺性状指标,现蕾期和成熟期采集样品测定烟株不同部位的氮、磷、钾含量及积累量,晾制后测定茄衣烟叶的物理性状指标和主要化学成分含量,并计算产量、产值和茄衣产出率。结果 随着移栽期推迟,雪茄烟大田生育期缩短,中心花开放—终采时期表现最明显;与Y1处理相比,推迟移栽提高了全生育期平均温度,降低了全生育期的有效积温。随着移栽期推迟,烟株现蕾期各农艺性状指标、成熟期各部位干物质积累量以及叶片氮、钾含量和积累量均呈先升高后降低的变化趋势,其中Y3处理的叶片大小及成熟期叶片干物质积累量和叶片氮、磷、钾积累量最大。移栽期对茄衣烟叶物理特性和化学成分有明显影响,其中Y3处理的叶片厚度显著低于其他处理(P<0.05,下同),拉力显著大于Y4和Y5处理,含梗率较低,烟叶还原糖、总糖、烟碱、总氮、氯含量相对较低,钾含量较高。随着移栽期推迟,烟叶总产量呈下降趋势,茄衣产量和产值先升高后降低,Y3处理的茄衣产量、茄衣产出率和产值分别较其他处理提高14.53%~145.07%、5.55%~163.88%和2.85%~44.58%。根据生育期平均温度和茄衣产出率的拟合方程,初步确定山东中部烟区茄衣烟叶生产以5月15—20日移栽为宜。结论 适时推迟移栽能增大雪茄烟的叶面积,提高叶片干物质积累量,提升烟叶物理特性和化学成分协调性,从而提高茄衣产量、产出率和产值。综合分析,山东中部烟区种植雪茄烟适宜在5月15—20日移栽。

     

    Abstract: Objective This study aimed to determine appropriate transplanting dates for wrapper tobacco leaf production in the central Shandong’s tobacco-growing areas, with the goal of optimizing climate resources allocation and promoting high-quality wrapper tobacco leaf production.Method Field plot trials were conducted using QX103 as the experimental material, with five treatments of transplanting dates: May 10th (Y1), May 15th (Y2), May 20th (Y3), May 25th (Y4), and May 30th (Y5). The time for main growth stages and temperature conditions were investigated, and agronomic traits were determined during the budding stage. In the budding period and maturity stage, the contents and accumulations of nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium in parts of tobacco plant were determined; after curing, physical properties and major chemical component contents of the wrapper leaves were measured; and yield, production value, and wrapper leaf output rate were calculated.Result As transplanting period was delayed, the field growth period was shortened, with the central flower blooming-final harvesting stage showing the most pronounced reduction; compared to Y1 treatment, delayed transplanting increased the average temperature and reduced the effective accumulated temperature during the whole growth period. As transplanting period was delayed, agronomic traits of tobacco plant in the budding stage, dry matter accumulation in different parts in maturity stage, and accumulations of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in leaves exhibited a trend of first increasing and then decreasing, with the highest leaf size, accumulations of dry matter and nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in maturity stage observed in treatment Y3. The transplanting period had a significant effect on physical properties: Y3 showed a significantly lower leaf thickness compared to that in other treatments, and a significant greater tensile force compared to that in treatments Y4 and Y5, and a significantly lower stem ratio. The contents of reducing sugars, total sugars, nicotine, total nitrogen, and chlorine were lower in leaves of Y3, while its potassium content was the highest. As transplanting dates were delayed, the total yield of tobacco leaves was decreased, and the yield and yield value of wrapper tobacco leaves first increased and then decreased, with Y3 showing increases in wrapper yield (14.53% -145.07%), yield rate (5.55% -163.88%), and yield value (2.85%-44.58%) compared to that in other treatments.Conclusion Delaying the transplanting could increase the leaf size of cigar tobacco and dry matter accumulation in leaves, and improve the coordination of physical properties and chemical component, so as to improve the yield, output rate and output value of wrapper tobacco leaves. Based on comprehensive analysis, the suitable transplanting period is from May 15th to 20th for cigar tobacco leaves in the central growing area of Shandong Province.
