重庆地区再生稻产量形成特点及关键栽培技术研究进展

Formation characteristics of ratoon rice yield and key cultivation techniques in Chongqing:A review

  • 摘要: 再生稻是头季稻收获后,利用稻桩上的休眠芽在适宜的条件下萌发生长而成的一季水稻,是一种省工节本、绿色高效的水稻生产方式。重庆再生稻温光生产潜力高达6.75~7.50 t/ha,而再生稻高产示范方为3.0~7.2 t/ha,高产潜能仍存在提升空间。文章综述了重庆地区近40年关于再生稻的研究进展,发现强再生力性状是受多个微效基因控制和环境因素共同影响的复合特征,再生力的大小与头季茎鞘碳水化合物密切相关,再生芽的萌发受内源激素调控,并受温光环境条件的影响。分析了再生稻高产栽培关键农艺措施,如强再生力品种选择、适时播种与收获、种植方式、养分管理、水分管理、留桩高度和头季稻收获方式对产量形成的调控效应。针对重庆地区再生稻生产缺乏强再生力水稻品种选育技术体系、缺乏机收再生稻品种鉴选规范化标准、产量水平不稳、缺乏多学科交叉研究、机艺融合核心技术供应不足等突出问题,提出今后应加强水稻强再生力性状的基因挖掘和品种选育,基于温光资源的机收再生稻品种精准鉴评,完善再生稻丰产优质协同规律和广适性农艺措施,完善多学科交叉融合的再生稻安全优质栽培技术及机艺深度融合,以挖掘机收再生稻产能。以期为进一步挖掘再生稻产量品质协同提升潜能,使再生稻适应机械化生产,增加土地生产效率,进而为实现单产提升目标,推动农业高质量发展提供理论参考。

     

    Abstract: Ratoon rice,which refers to the second rice production from the dormant buds on the stubble after the harvest of the main crop,is a kind of rice production system with low cost,green and high efficiency. The temperature and light production potential of ratoon rice in this area is as high as 6.75-7.50 t/ha,while the high yield demonstration formula of ratoon rice is 3.0-7.2 t/ha,rice yield of ratoon season can be further improved.This paper summarized the research progress of ratoon rice in Chongqing in the past 40 years. The results showed that strong ratoon ability of rice variety was a comprehensive trait regulated by multiple micro-effect genes and affected by environmental factors. The size of ratoon ability was closely related with non-stractural carbohydrate of stem in main season. And the initiation and growth of axillary buds was controlled by endogenous hormones as well as light and temperature condition. Also,this paper analyzed the high-yielding key cultivation practice of ratoon rice,such as the regulation effects of selecting rice varieties with strong ratoon ability,sowing and harvesting at proper time,planting methods,fertilizer management,water management,cutting height and harvesting methods in main season on the yield. In response to the prominent problems lack of strong ratoon rice variety breeding technology, lack of standardized selection standards for mechanically harvested ratoon rice varieties, unstable yield levels, lack of interdisciplinary research, and insufficient supply of core technologies for machine and agronomy integration in Chongqing,it was proposed to strengthen the key gene mining and variety breeding of strong regenerative traits in rice in the future. Based on temperature and light resources,precise evaluation of mechanically harvested ratoon rice varieties should be carried out,and the collaborative laws of high-yield and high-quality ratoon rice production and suitable agronomic measures for mechanical harvesting should be optimized. Multidisciplinary cross cultivation of high-quality ratoon rice and deep integration of machinery and technology should be carried out to improve the yield potential of harvested regenerated rice. The paper aimed to further explore the potential for synergistic improvement of yield and quality of regenerated rice,adapt it to future mechanized production,increase land production efficiency,and provide theoretical reference for achieving the goal of increasing yield and promoting high-quality agricultural development.
