湖南永州甘蔗野生种质资源考察收集及表型性状多样性分析

Investigation, collection and phenotypic traits diversity of wild sugarcane germplasm resources in Yongzhou, Hunan

  • 摘要: 【目的】 分析湖南永州市野生甘蔗种质资源表型性状的遗传多样性,为甘蔗遗传育种提供新的基因资源。【方法】 从永州市11个县(市、区)51个乡(镇)共收集了4个属5个种的野生甘蔗种质资源99份,根据相关行业标准对26个表型性状(6个数量性状和20个质量性状)进行测定,计算变异系数、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H′)及数量性状间的相关系数,并基于数量性状进行聚类分析。【结果】 本次湖南永州市野生甘蔗种质资源考察共收集到99份种质资源,其中,河八王37份,割手密28份,斑茅20份,芒12份,五节芒2份,主要分布在海拔83.0~549.0 m、24°34′00″N~27°35′38″N、111°09′03″E~112°35′58″E的区域。野生甘蔗种质资源种间性状变异丰富,平均变异系数为25.0%~35.1%,河八王种质的平均变异系数最大,为35.1%,割手密种质的平均变异系数最小,为25.0%。节间长度与叶长、茎径、锤度之间均无显著相关性(P>0.05,下同),锤度与叶长、株高之间也无显著相关性。99份野生甘蔗种质资源质量性状的H′为0~1.3086。聚类分析及优异资源筛选结果显示,河八王种质第Ⅳ类群的2023HBW212、割手密种质第Ⅰ类群的2023GSM206和2023GSM007、斑茅种质第Ⅲ类群的2023BM204、芒种质第Ⅰ类群的2023M204共5份种质产量和品质性状优良。【结论】 本次野生甘蔗种质资源考察收集行动填补广西甘蔗种质资源圃(南宁)在湖南省永州市系统调查的空白,采集的99份野生甘蔗种质资源表型性状遗传多样性丰富,筛选出5份综合表现优异的种质,具有育种利用潜力。

     

    Abstract: 【Objective】 To analyze the genetic diversity of phenotypic traits of wild sugarcane germplasm resources in Yongzhou,Hunan,which could provide new genetic resources for sugarcane genetic breeding. 【Method】 A total of 99 wild sugarcane germplasm resources of 5 species in 4 genera were collected from 51 villages(towns)of 11 counties (cities,districts)in Yongzhou. According to the industry standard,26 phenotypic traits(6 quantitative traits and 20 quali‐tative traits)were measured,and the coefficient of variation,Shannon-Wiener diversity index(H')and correlation coefficient between quantitative traits were calculated. Finally,cluster analysis was carried out based on quantitative traits. 【Result】 A total of 99 germplasm resources were collected from the investigation of wild sugarcane germplasm resources in Yongzhou,Hunan,including 37 Narenga porphyrocoma,28 Saccharum spontaneum,20 Erianthus arundinaceus,12 Miscanthus sinensis and 2 Miscanthus floridulus. The wild sugarcane germplasm resources in Yongzhou were mainly distributed in the altitude of 83.0-549.0 m,24°34′00″N-27°35′38″N,111°09′03″E-112°35′58″E. The interspecific variation of wild sugarcane germplasm resources was abundant,and the average coefficient of variation was 25.0%-35.1%. The average coefficient of variation of N. porphyrocoma was the largest,which was 35.1%,and the average coefficient of variation of S. spontaneum was the smallest,which was 25.0%. There was no significant correlation between internode length and leaf length,stalk length and brix(P>0.05,the same below),and there was no significant correlation between brix and leaf length,plant height. The H ′of quality traits of 99 sugarcane wild germplasm resources ranged from 0 to 1.3086. Cluster analysis and excellent resource screening showed that 2023HBW212 of N. porphyrocoma Ⅳ group, 2023GSM206 and 2023GSM007 of S. spontaneum Ⅰ group,2023BM204 of E. arundinaceus Ⅲ group and 2023M204 of M. sinensis Ⅰ group had good yield and quality traits. 【Conclusion】 The collection of wild sugarcane germplasm resources fills the gap in the systematic investigation of Guangxi Sugarcane Germplasm Repository(Nanning )in Yongzhou,Hunan. The 99 wild sugarcane germplasm resources collected have rich genetic diversity of phenotypic traits,and 5 germplasms with excellent comprehensive performance are screened out,which have breeding and utilization potential.
