杜洛克猪精子动力学参数非遗传因素分析与遗传参数估计
Non-genetic factors analysis and genetic parameter estimation of sperm motility parameters in Duroc pigs

摘要: 【目的】对杜洛克猪精子动力学参数进行非遗传因素分析和遗传参数估计,为提升杜洛克公猪精液质量、提高母猪繁殖水平提供参考依据。【方法】收集了2016—2023年570头杜洛克公猪的178706条精子动力学参数[精子浓度(SC)、精子直线运动率(SLMR)、曲线运动距离(DCL)、平均路径速度(VAP)、曲线速度(VCL)和直线速度(VSL)]记录,对不同杜洛克猪精子动力学参数进行固定效应方差分析、统计分析、非遗传因素分析、估计方差组分分析、遗传相关及表型相关分析,并分析不同动力学参数估计育种值可靠性。【结果】采精月龄、出生年份、出生胎次、采精年份、同窝仔猪数和采精季节对精子动力学参数均有极显著影响(P<0.001)。SLMR变异系数最小,为6.20%,其平均值为91.49%;SC变异系数最大,为51.99%。>24月龄的杜洛克公猪的DCL、VAP、VCL和VSL均显著高于其他月龄的杜洛克公猪(P<0.05,下同),2022年和2021年出生杜洛克公猪的SC显著高于其他出生年份,3~4胎水平的杜洛克公猪SLMR、DCL、VAP、VCL、VSL均显著高于其他胎次,>16头的杜洛克公猪SC、SLMR、DCL、VAP、VCL、VSL均显著高于其他同窝仔猪数,杜洛克公猪SLMR、DCL、VAP、VCL、VSL在冬季显著高于其他季节,在夏季显著低于其他季节。杜洛克公猪精子各动力学参数遗传力为0.040~0.240;重复力为0.26~0.38。其中SC和SLMR的遗传力<0.100,属于低遗传力性状,VAP和VSL的重复力较高,分别为0.33和0.38。SLMR与DCL、VAP、VCL和VSL遗传相关系数分别为0.38、0.51、0.41和0.41;表型相关系数分别为0.29、0.30、0.25和0.26。杜洛克公猪精子SC、SLMR、DCL、VAP、VCL和VSL的估计育种值可靠性分别为0.79、0.59、0.73、0.80、0.75和0.82,各动力学参数可靠性均较高。【结论】采精月龄、出生年份、出生胎次、采精年份、同窝仔猪数和采精季节对精子动力学参数均有显著影响,精子浓度和精子直线运动率属于低遗传力性状,精子直线运动率、曲线运动距离、平均路径速度、曲线速度和直线速度间具有较高的遗传相关性。Abstract: 【Objective】The non-genetic factors analysis and genetic parameters estimation of sperm motility parameters of Duroc pigs were carried out to provide reference for improving semen quality of Duroc boars and breeding level of sows.【Method】A total of 178706 sperm motility parameters[sperm concentration(SC),sperm straight-line motility rate(SLMR),curvilinear distance(DCL),average path velocity(VAP),curvilinear velocity(VCL)and straight-line velocity(VSL)]were collected from 570 Duroc boars from 2016 to 2023. The analysis of fixed effect variance,statistical analysis,non-genetic factor analysis,estimated variance component analysis,genetic correlation analysis and phenotypic correlation analysis were performed for different motility parameters of Duroc porcine sperm.【Result】The kinetic parameters of sperm were extremely significantly affected by month of age at sperm collection,year of birth,birth parity,year of sperm collection,litter size and season of sperm collection(P<0.001). The variation coefficient of SLMR was the smallest,6.20%,and its average was 91.49%. The variation coefficient of SC was the maximum,being 51.99%. The DCL,VAP,VCL and VSL of Duroc boars of >24 months of age were significantly higher than those of other Duroc boars of other months of age(P<0.05,the same below),and the SC of Duroc boars born in 2022 and 2021 was significantly higher than that of other birth years. The SLMR,DCL,VAP,VCL and VSL of Duroc boars at 3 to 4 parities were significantly higher than those of other parities. The SC,SLMR,DCL,VAP,VCL and VSL of Duroc boars with > 16 litter size were significantly higher than those of other litter sizes. SLMR,DCL,VAP,VCL and VSL of Duroc boars were significantly higher in winter than in other seasons,and significantly lower in summer. The heritability of each motility parameter of Duroc boar sperm ranged from 0.040 to 0.240. The repetition force was 0.26-0.38. The heritability of SC and SLMR was <0.100,belonging to low heritability trait,and the repeatability of VAP and VSL was higher,being 0.33 and 0.38 respectively. The genetic correlation coefficients between SLMR and DCL,VAP,VCL and VSL were 0.38,0.51, 0.41 and 0.41 respectively. Phenotypic correlation coefficients were 0.29,0.30,0.25 and 0.26 respectively. The reliability of the estimated breeding values of SC,SLMR,DCL,VAP,VCL and VSL of Duroc boar sperm were 0.79,0.59,0.73, 0.80,0.75 and 0.82 respectively,and the reliability of each motility parameter was high.【Conclusion】Sperm motility parameters are significantly affected by month of age at sperm collection,year of birth,birth parity,year of sperm collection,litter size and season of sperm collection. Sperm concentration and sperm straight-line motility rate are low heritability traits,and sperm straight-line motility rate,curvilinear distance,average path velocity,curvilinear velocity and straight-line velocity have high genetic correlation.
