云南澳洲坚果种质资源表型多样性分析

Phenotypic diversity analysis of macadamia germplasm resources in Yunnan

  • 摘要: 【目的】对云南省栽培的澳洲坚果种质资源进行表型性状多样性分析,以筛选出综合表现较好的种质,为澳洲坚果优良品种选育、推广种植提供理论依据。【方法】采集71份澳洲坚果种质的果实和叶片样品,测定21个表型性状并进行变异分析。对各表型性状进行相关分析和主成分分析,并对澳洲坚果种质进行聚类分析。【结果】71份澳洲坚果种质的青皮果重为7.84~29.37 g,青皮果果形指数为0.92~1.42,出仁率为14.04%~42.08%。21个表型性状的变异系数为9.01%~46.26%,其中青皮果重、青皮果纵径、带壳果鲜重、青皮厚度等19个表型性状变异系数大于10.00%,青皮果横径的变异系数最小(9.01%),叶片一侧叶缘刺数量的变异系数最大(46.26%)。南亚1号的果仁重明显高于其他种质,A4、桂热1号、Own Choice的种仁重也较高;A4的出仁率明显高于其他种质;桂热1号、广西1号、HAES 344、Own Choice的核果比较高而皮果比较低。相关分析结果表明,澳洲坚果各表型性状间关系复杂,多个表型性状共同影响果实大小和形态,青皮果重、青皮果横径、青皮果纵径均与带壳果横径、带壳果纵径、带壳果干重、种仁重呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。主成分分析结果表明,前6个主成分累计贡献率为85.135%,皮果比、青皮重、青皮厚度、青皮果果形指数等表型性状对主成分的影响较明显。聚类分析结果表明,71份澳洲坚果种质可分为4个类群。【结论】71份澳洲坚果种质的表型性状变异丰富、具有多样性,广西1号、A4、桂热1号、Own Choice、HAES 344的综合表现较好,可作为云南省澳洲坚果良种选育和推广种植的种质资源。

     

    Abstract: 【Objective】To analyze the diversity of phenotypic traits of macadamia germplasm resources cultivated in Yunnan,and to screen out the germplasms with better comprehensive performance,which could provide theoretical basis for the selection and breeding of excellent macadamia varieties and the promotion of planting.【Method】Fruit and leaf samples of 71 macadamia germplasms were collected,and 21 phenotypic traits were determined and variation analysis was conducted. Correlation analysis and principal component analysis were performed for each phenotypic trait,and clustering analysis was performed for macadamia germplasms.【Result】The green-peel fruit weight of 71 macadamia germplasms was 7.84-29.37 g,green-peel fruit shape index was 0.92-1.42,and kernel rate ranged was 14.04%-42.08%. The coefficients of variation of 21 phenotypic traits was 9.01%-46.26%,among which the coefficients of variation of 19 phenotypic traits,such as green-peel fruit weight,green-peel fruit longitudinal diameter,green-peel fruit fresh weight and green peel fruit,were greater than 10.00%,the coefficients of variation of green-peel fruit transverse diameter was the smallest(9.01%),and that of number of spines on one side of leaf margin was the largest(46.26%). The kernel weight of Nanya 1 was significantly higher than that of other germplasms,and the kernel weights of A4,Guire 1,and Own Choice were also high;the kernel rate of A4 was greatly higher than that of other germplasms;and kernel-fruit ratios of Guire1,Guangxi 1,HAES 344 and Own Choice were high while peel-fruit ratios were low. The results of correlation analysis showed that the relationship between various phenotypic traits of macadamia was complex,and several phenotypic traits jointly affected fruit size and morphology. Green-peel fruit weight,green-peel fruit transverse diameter,greenpeel fruit longitudinal diameter were extremely significantly and positively correlated with shelled-fruit transverse diameter,shelled-fruit longitudinal diameter,shelled-fruit dry weight,kernel weight(P<0.01). The results of principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the first 6 principal components was 85.135%,and the phenotypic traits such as peel-fruit ratio,green peel weight,green peel thickness and green-peel fruit shape index had a more obvious influence on the principal components. The results of clustering analysis showed that the 71 macadamia germplasms could be divided into 4 groups.【Conclusion】The phenotypic traits of 71 macadamia germplasm resources are rich in variation and diversity,and the comprehensive performance of Guangxi 1,A4,Guire 1,Own Choice and HAES 344 is fine,which can be used as the macadamia germplasm resources for fine variety breeding and planting promotion in Yunnan.
