Abstract:
【Objective】To clarify the composition structure and diversity of culturable bacteria in the intestine of male and female adults of
Tuta absoluta(Meyrick),and to provide a theoretical basis for further study on the diversity and function of intestine bacteria of T
. absoluta. 【Method】The traditional isolation and culture method was used to isolate and culture the bacteria in the intestine of male and female adults of T. absoluta. And the species were identified by colony morphology and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. 【Result】There were 16 strains of bacteria belonging to 2 phyla,7 families,12genera and 16 species were isolated from the intestine of female adults. The dominant phylum, family, genus and species were Proteobacteria(84.30%),Enterobacteriaceae(83.79%),
Enterobacter(83.38%) and
E. chengduensis(81.86%).
Brachybacterium ginsengisoli(6.32%),
Arthrobacter pascens(2.04%) and
B. vulturis(1.33%) were the main bacterial species. A total of 12 strains of bacteria belonging to 2 phyla,3 families and 6 genera were isolated from the intestine of male adults. The dominant phylum, family, genus and species were Firmicutes(74.02%),Bacillaceae(73.36%),
Bacillus(67.12%) and
B. cereus(25.91%).
Atlantibacter subterranea(21.64%),
B. vallismortis(17.48%) and
B. aerophilus(14.05%) were the main bacterial species. 【Conclusion】A total of 3 phyla,9 families,18 genera and 27 species of bacteria are isolated from the intestine of male and female adults of T. absoluta. Among them,2 phyla,7 families,12 genera and 16 species bacteria are isolated from the intestine of female adults and Enterobacter is the dominant bacterium; 2 phyla,3 families,6 genera and 11 species bacteria are isolated from the intestine of male adults and Bacillus is the dominant bacterium. No same kind of bacterium is isolated from the intestine of male and female adults.
