有机肥磷替代化肥磷对小麦苗期生长及土壤养分的影响

Effects of organic phosphorus replacing chemical fertilizer phosphorus on wheat growth and soil nutrients at seedling stage

  • 摘要: 【目的】研究不同比例油桐饼粕有机肥磷替代化肥磷对小麦苗期生长和土壤养分的影响,为油桐饼粕有机肥在小麦种植中的合理应用提供参考。【方法】以小麦品种黔麦22为试验材料,设6个处理,分别为常规施化肥磷处理(T1)和5种有机肥磷替代化肥磷处理(有机肥磷替代量分别为10%、20%、30%、50%和100%,依次表示为T2、T3、T4、T5和T6)。分析不同施肥处理对土壤养分含量、土壤酶活性及苗期小麦根系形态、养分吸收的影响。【结果】适宜比例的油桐饼粕有机肥磷替代化肥磷处理能显著增加小麦根际土壤养分含量和土壤酶活性(P<0.05,下同),其中T2处理根际土壤水解氮和速效钾含量及土壤中性磷酸酶、脲酶、蔗糖酶活性最高,分别较T1处理增加34.51%、30.60%、115.94%、60.98%和92.68%。适宜比例的油桐饼粕有机肥磷替代化肥磷处理也能显著增加小麦茎叶和根干重、根系形态指标及小麦对氮、磷、钾养分的吸收累积量,其中T2处理各指标均最高,小麦茎叶干重、根干重、根冠比、总根长、根表面积和根体积分别较T1处理增加18.11%、102.56%、71.50%、109.76%、59.02%和105.26%,小麦植株氮、磷、钾含量分别较T1处理增加70.92%、98.04%和79.19%。相关分析结果表明,小麦根系总根长、根表面积和根体积与小麦对氮、磷、钾的累积吸收量均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。【结论】适宜比例的油桐饼粕有机肥磷替代化肥磷能改善土壤养分状况、提高土壤酶活性,促进苗期小麦根系生长及对养分的吸收利用。综合来看,油桐饼粕有机肥磷替代10%化肥磷更有利于满足小麦幼苗生长和维持麦区土壤肥力。

     

    Abstract: 【Objective】The purpose of the study was to study the effects of different proportions of tung oil cake organic fertilizer phosphorus replacing chemical fertilizer phosphorus on wheat growth and soil nutrients at seedling stage, and to provide reference for the rational application of tung oil cake organic fertilizer in wheat cultivation.【Method】Using wheat variety Qianmai 22 as the experimental material,six treatments were set up,including conventional chemical fertilizer phosphorus treatment(T1)and five organic fertilizer phosphorus replacing chemical fertilizer phosphorus treatments(organic fertilizer phosphorus replacing amounts were 10%,20%,30%,50%,and 100% respectively,represented as T2, T3, T4, T5,and T6 in order). The effects of different fertilization treatments on soil nutrient content,soil enzyme activity,root morphology,and nutrient absorption of wheat during seedling stage were analyzed.【Result】The appropriate proportion of tung oil cake organic fertilizer phosphorus replacing chemical fertilizer phosphorus treatments could significantly increase the nutrient content and soil enzyme activity in the rhizosphere soil of wheat(P<0.05,the same below). Among them,T2 treatment had the highest content of hydrolyzed nitrogen and rapidly available potassium in the rhizosphere soil,as well as the highest activity of neutral phosphatase,urease,and sucrase in the soil,with increases of 34.51%,30.60%,115.94%,60.98%,and 92.68% compared to T1 treatment respectively. The appropriate proportion of tung oil cake organic fertilizer phosphorus replacing chemical fertilizer phosphorus treatments could also significantly increase the dry weight of wheat stems, leaves and roots, root morphology indicators, and the absorption and accumulation of nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium nutrients by wheat. Among them,T2 treatment had the highest indicators,with wheat stem and leaf dry weight,root dry weight,root to shoot ratio,total root length,root surface area,and root volume increasing by 18.11%,102.56%,71.50%,109.76%,59.02%,and 105.26% respectively compared to T1 treatment. The contents of wheat plant nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium increased by 70.92%,98.04%,and 79.19% compared to T1 treatment respectively. The correlation analysis results showed that the total root length, root surface area, and root volume of wheat roots were extremely significantly positively correlated with the accumulation and absorption of nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium by wheat(P<0.01). 【Conclusion】The appropriate proportion of tung oil cake organic fertilizer phosphorus replacing chemical fertilizer phosphorus can improve soil nutrient status,increase soil enzyme activity,and promote wheat root growth and nutrient absorption and utilization during the seedling stage. Overall,tung oil cake organic fertilizer phosphorus replacing 10% chemical fertilizer phosphorus is more conducive to meeting the needs of wheat seedling growth and maintaining soil fertility in the wheat area.
