桔绿木霉HT-1与腐植酸混配对小麦的促生作用

Growth-promoting effects of Trichoderma citrinoviride HT-1 mixed with humic acid on wheat

  • 摘要: 【目的】探索桔绿木霉(Trichoderma citrinoviride) HT-1与腐植酸混配对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长发育的影响,为小麦的优质高产提供科学依据,同时为新型复合微生物菌肥的研发打下理论基础。【方法】在测定不同浓度腐植酸对菌株HT-1生长影响并筛选出最佳混配浓度的基础上,通过种子萌发和幼苗盆栽试验探究菌株HT-1孢子悬浮液与腐植酸混配对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。【结果】不同浓度腐植酸对菌株HT-1的生长均有一定影响,其中0.1 g/L腐植酸对菌株HT-1的菌落生长及产孢量无显著影响(P>0.05)。经菌株HT-1孢子悬浮液与腐植酸以1∶1混配处理后,小麦种子的萌发相关指数、盆栽幼苗生物量、根系活力及叶绿素含量均达最大值,与无菌水的对照组(CK)相比,其种子萌发相关指数[发芽率(GP)、发芽势(GE)、发芽指数(GI)及活力指数(VI)、胚芽长度、胚根长度、鲜重及干重]分别显著提高3.47%、6.92%、8.03%、195.33%、94.37%、176.09%、40.16%和18.92%(P<0.05,下同),盆栽幼苗生物量(株高、根长、整株鲜重及整株干重)分别显著提高41.63%、49.79%、48.57%和73.63%,根系活力和叶绿素含量分别显著提高68.85%和43.50%;同时显著高于单一菌株HT-1孢子悬浮液或腐植酸处理的效果。【结论】不同浓度腐植酸对桔绿木霉HT-1生长均有一定影响,以0.1 g/L腐植酸对菌株HT-1的生长影响最小。当菌株HT-1孢子悬浮液与腐植酸以1∶1混配时,小麦种子的萌发相关指数、盆栽幼苗生物量、叶绿素含量及根系活力均达最大值,显著高于二者单一施用的促生效果。

     

    Abstract: 【Objective】To explore the effects of combining Trichoderma citrinoviride HT-1 and humic acid on wheat seed germination,as well as seedling growth and development,in order to provide scientific basis for the high quality and yield of wheat,and lay a theoretical foundation for the development of new compound microbial fertilizer.【Method】On the basis of measuring the effects of different concentrations of humic acid on the growth of strain HT-1 and screening the best mixed concentration,the effects of mixed strain HT-1 spore suspension and humic acid on wheat seed germination and seedling growth were studied through seed germination and pot experiments.【Result】Different concentrations of humic acid had certain effects on the growth of strain HT-1,among which 0.1 g/L humic acid had no significant effect on the colony growth and sporulation of strain HT-1 (P>0.05). The germination index of wheat seeds, the biomass of potted seedlings,root activity and chlorophyll content of wheat seedlings reached the maximum after the mixed treatment of strain HT-1 spore suspension and humic acid at a ratio of 1∶1. Compared with the control group(CK)of sterile water,the seed germination related indexes[germination percentage(GP),germination energy(GE),germination index(GI)and vitality index(VI),plumule length,radicle length,fresh weight and dry weight] were significantly increased by 3.47%, 6.92%,8.03%,195.33%,94.37%,176.09%,40.16% and 18.92%(P<0.05,the same below)respectively. The potted seedlings biomass(plant length,root length,whole plant fresh weight and the whole plant dry weight)were significantly increased by 41.63%,49.79%,48.57% and 73.63% respectively. Root activity and chlorophyll content were significantly increased by 68.85% and 43.50% respectively. At the same time,it was significantly higher than the effect of single strain HT-1 spore suspension or humic acid treatment.【Conclusion】Different concentrations of humic acid have a certain effect on the growth of T. citrinoviride HT-1,and 0.1 g/L humic acid has the least effect on the growth of strain HT-1. When the spore suspension of strain HT-1 is mixed with humic acid at a ratio of 1∶1,the germination-related indexes of wheat seeds, biomass of potted seedlings, chlorophyll content and root activity all reached the maximum, which are significantly higher than the growth-promoting effect of single application of the two.
