不同品种油梨果实品质、光合特性比较及其相关分析

Comparison and correlation analysis of fruit quality and photosynthetic characteristics of different varieties of avocado

  • 摘要: 【目的】研究采收期不同品种油梨的果实品质、光合特性及其相关性,为油梨栽培品种的选择和果实品质的提升提供参考依据。【方法】以哈斯、桂垦和台湾T为试验材料,测定采收期不同品种油梨的叶片生物学特性、叶绿素含量、叶绿素荧光参数、果实生物学特性及果实品质指标,分析叶片与果实生物学性状之间、光合特性指标之间、果实品质指标与叶绿素荧光参数之间的相关性。【结果】除叶柄长外,桂垦、哈斯和台湾T等3个品种叶片的生物学性状差异均达极显著水平(P<0.01,下同),叶片长宽比分别为1.72、2.28、1.39,哈斯叶片细长,台湾T叶片宽圆。台湾T的果实最大,其单果质量、果纵径、果横径分别为桂垦的1.19,1.72、1.18倍和哈斯的1.74、1.64、1.48倍;不同品种间单果质量、果横径、果柄长度差异极显著。哈斯果实综合品质最佳,果肉可溶性总糖、钙、铁和钾含量最高,分别为桂垦的1.16、2.32、2.62和1.03倍,为台湾T的1.08、2.36、2.81和1.71倍;桂垦果实的蛋白质和镁含量及可食率最高,分别为哈斯的1.09、1.07、1.11倍,为台湾T的1.40、1.12、1.25倍。哈斯的光合能力最强,其叶绿素含量及PSII有效光化学量子产量(Yield)、光化学荧光淬灭系数(qP)最高,非光化荧光淬灭系数(qN或NPQ)最低。不同油梨品种光响应曲线和光诱导曲线的变化规律一致,随着光照强度增加,光合电子传递速率(ETR)逐渐升高,Yield逐渐降低。相关分析结果表明,叶片生物学性状之间、果实生物学性状之间相关性较强,叶片与果实之间生物学性状相关性较弱。油梨的单果质量与果实品质指标呈显著(P<0.05,下同)或极显著负相关,与光合特性的Yield、qP呈显著正相关,与qN、NPQ呈极显著负相关。【结论】哈斯、桂垦和台湾T 3个油梨品种中,以哈斯的叶绿素含量最高,叶绿素荧光特性最好,果实品质最佳,适合在福建省推广种植。

     

    Abstract: 【Objective】The comparison and correlation analysis of fruit quality and photosynthetic characteristics of different varieties of avocado during harvest period were studied to provide scientific reference for the selection of cultivated avocado varieties and the improvement of fruit quality.【Method】 Three varieties of avocado such as Hass, Guiken and Taiwan T were studied as experimental materials. The biological characteristics of leaf and fruit,chlorophyll contents, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and fruit quality indexes were measured during harvest period. At the same time, the correlation of biological characteristics between leaf and fruit, photosynthetic characteristics indexes, fruit quality indexes and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were analyzed.【Result】There were extremely significant differences in biological characters of leaves among Guiken, Haas and Taiwan T(P<0.01,the same below), and the ratio of leaf length to width was 1.72, 2.28 and 1.39 respectively. The leaves of Haas were slender,while the leaves of Taiwan T were wide and round. The single fruit weight of Taiwan T was the heaviest, its single fruit weight, fruit longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter were 1.19, 1.72 and 1.18 times of Guiken and 1.74, 1.64 and 1.48 times of Hass. The difference of single fruit weight, fruit transverse diameter, fruit stalk length were extremely significant among different varieties. The comprehensive quality of Hass fruit was the best,its contents of soluble total sugar, calcium, iron and potassium were the highest, which were 1.16, 2.32, 2.62 and 1.03 times of Guiken, and 1.08, 2.36, 2.81 and 1.71 times of Taiwan T. The contents of protein, magnesium and edible of Guiken fruits were the highest, which were 1.09, 1.07 and 1.11 times of Haas, and 1.40, 1.12 and 1.25 times of Taiwan T. The photosynthetic capacity of Hass was the strongest, its chlorophyll content, photochemical efficiency of PSⅡin the light(Yield)and photochemical quenching coefficient (qP)were the highest, while nonphotochemical quenching coefficient (qN or NPQ)was the lowest. The change rule of light response curve and light induction curve of different varieties were consistent, its photosynthetic electron transport rate(ETR)gradually increased and Yield gradually decreased while the light intensity increased. Correlation analysis results showed that the correlation between leaf biological characters and fruit biological characters were stronger, while the correlation between leaf and fruit biological characters was weaker. The single fruit weight of avocado was significantly(P<0.05,the same below)or extremely significantly negatively correlated with the fruit quality indexes, which had significant positive correlation with Yield and qP, and extremely significant negative correlation with qN and NPQ.【Conclusion】Hass is the best variety among Hass, Guiken and Taiwan T because of its highest chlorophyll content and best chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics and fruit quality. It is suitable for promotion in Fujian.
