Abstract:
【Objective】 To analyze content of 23 inorganic elements, and to evaluate their safety,so as to provide reference for application and quality evaluation of medicine
Sarcandra glabra.【Method】 Taking 11 batches of
S.glabra produced in different places of Guangxi as material, after microwave disinfection and boiling, content of 23 elements such as Ti,As,B,Ca and Na was determined through inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP).Correlation analysis, composition analysis and heavy metal pollution analysis were conducted.【Result】
S.glabra had abundant inorganic elements. The average content of K(10888 mg/kg),Ca(5319 mg/kg),Fe(349.2 mg/kg),Na(115.6 mg/kg)and Zn(107.5 mg/kg)were much higher than those of other elements; and the content of As(0.1348 mg/kg),Mo(0.1048 mg/kg)and Sb(0.0477 mg/kg)were lower. There was a certain correlation between 23 inorganic elements: 13 extremely significantly positive correlations(
P<0.01,the same below) were found; 14 significantly positive correlations(
P<0.05,the same below)were found; 1 extremely significantly negative and 9 significantly negative correlations were found.Principal component analysis showed that As,B,Fe,Sr,Sn,Hg and Mn were the characteristic inorganic elements of
S.glabra.Heavy metal analysis showed that the content of Pb,Hg and Cd in
S.glabra did not meet the standard, and exceeding rates were 72.73%,45.46% and 18.18% respectively.Comprehensive factor pollution indexes of all samples exceeded the safety level,of which 36.36% were at the warning level and 63.64% were at the mild pollution level.【Conclusion】This study preliminarily makes clear the composition of inorganic elements of
S.glabra, screens 7 characteristic inorganic elements and maps inorganic elements, which provides a reference for its quality control and safety evaluation.
