2种体型禾花鲤形态性状对体质量的影响

Effects of morphological traits of rice flower carps of two body shapes on body mass

  • 摘要: 【目的】分析广东北部地区传统稻田养殖的短圆体型和长体型禾花鲤的形态特征及其形态性状与体质量的相关性,为确定不同体型禾花鲤新品种选育测量的形态性状参考依据。【方法】以广东北部地区传统稻田养殖的禾花鲤为试验材料,按体型将其分为短圆体型和长体型2个群体,并精确测量其10个生长性状。采用通径分析法和灰色关联度分析法分析6月龄短圆体型和长体型禾花鲤的9个形态性状(全长、体长、头长、体高、尾柄长、尾柄高、尾长、头高、体宽)对体质量的影响。【结果】禾花鲤体质量在短圆体型和长体型群体的变异系数分别为44.51%和43.90%,说明体质量具有较大的选育潜力。短圆体型和长体型群体各生长性状测定结果显示,尾柄高、体宽和体质量性状在两群体间差异不显著(P>0.05),而其他生长性状存在极显著差异(P<0.01)。在短圆体型群体起主要作用的形态性状有4个(体长、尾柄高、体高和头高),而在长体型群体起主要作用的形态性状有5个(全长、体宽、体高、头长和头高)。短圆体型和长体型群体对体质量起主要作用的形态性状复相关系数(R2)分别为0.951和0.953,说明分析得到的影响体质量的主要形态性状准确性高。采用灰色关联度分析结果表明,短圆体型和长体型灰色关联系数平均值分别为0.827~0.860和0.760~0.803,从同一形态性状来看,短圆体型群体与体重关联系数的平均值均大于长体型群体。【结论】2种体型群体分别取通径分析保留的形态性状与灰色关联分析关联系数排名前5的形态性状的交集,表明短圆型体型群体与体质量最相关的形态性状为体长、尾柄高、体高和头高,而长体型群体与体质量最相关的形态性状为全长、体宽和体高,两种分析结果一致性较好。

     

    Abstract: 【Objective】To analyze morphological traits of rice flower carps cultured under traditional methods in northern region of Guangdong Province of two body shapes,round shape and long shape and to explore the relationship between the morphological traits and body mass,so as to provide reference for selecting and breeding new rice flower carp varieties based on morphological traits.【Method】Rice flower carps cultured under traditional methods in northern region of Guangdong Province were taken as test material,and they were divided into two populations according to two kinds of body shapes,round shape and long shape. Their growth traits were measured accurately. Path analysis and grey correlation analysis were used to define the effects of nine morphological traits,total length(TTL),body length(BL), head length(HL),body height(BH),caudal peduncle length(CPL),caudal peduncle height(CPH),tail length (TL),head height(HH),body width(BW)on body mass of 6-month-old rice flower carps of round shape and long shape.【Result】Coefficients of variation of rice flower carps in the round-shape and long-shape populations were 44.51% and 43.90%,respectively,indicating that the body mass had a great breeding selection potential. Mean square test analysis of the growth traits showed that the CPH,BW and body mass traits were not significantly different between the roundshape population and long-shape population(P>0.05),while other growth traits had extremely significant differences(P< 0.01). Stepwise multiple regression analysis results showed that four morphological traits of BL,CPH,BH and HH functioned in the round-shape population and five morphological traits of BL,BW,BH,HL,and HH functioned in the longshape population. The multiple correlation coefficients(R2)of round-shape and long-shape populations were 0.951,and 0.953,respectively,indicating accuracy in analyzing main morphological traits that influenced body mass. The results of grey correlation analysis showed that the average correlation coefficients of round-shape and long-shape populations were 0.827-0.860 and 0.760-0.803,respectively. Seem from the same morphological traits,mean coefficients related to body mass of the round-shape population were higher than that of the long shape population.【Conclusion】The common morphological traits between the round-shape and long-shape populations were screened through both path analysis and grey correlation analysis:in round-shape population,BL,CPH,BH and HH were the main traits related to body mass;in longshape population,TTL,BW and BH were the main traits related to body mass and the two analysis results were largely consistent.
