Abstract:
【Objective】To explore the quality differences of
Camellia sinensis cv. Guiding-niaowangzhong species population in the original areas and introduction areas,so as to provide a theoretical basis for further tea processing, resource breeding and variety promotion.【Method】The biochemical components such as water extract, tea polyphenols, caffeine, amino acid components and 10 mineral elements of fresh leaves of one bud and one leaf tea in spring in three original places and three introduction areas of
C. sinensis cv. Guiding-niaowangzhong in Guizhou Province were determined, and the principal component analysis of amino acid components was carried out.【Result】The contents of water extract, tea polyphenol and caffeine in the
C. sinensis cv. Guiding-niaowangzhong in the original areas are higher than those in the introduction areas. The highest contents of water extract and tea polyphenol in Fangjia tea garden in Yunwu Town were 44.32% and 27.40%,and the highest content of caffeine in Shangba formation tea garden in Niao-wang village in Yunwu town was 3.54%. Except for the tea garden of Shangba formation in Niaowang Village,Yunwu Town, the total amount of amino acids, umami and bitter amino acids of
C. sinensis cv. Guiding-niaowangzhong in the original areas were lower than those in the introduction areas, and the total amount of sweet amino acids in the introduction areas was higher than that in the original areas. The principal component analysis of amino acid components was carried out,and it was found that the contents of threonine and proline in sweet amino acids and leucine and phenylalanine in bitter amino acids could be helpful for distinguishing the original areas and the introduction area of
C. sinensis cv. Guiding-niaowangzhong. The contents of mineral elements such as Ca,Fe,Se,Zn,Mn and Mg of the
C. sinensis cv. Guiding-niaowangzhong in the originaland introduced areas werequite different, and the content of Se meets the standard of selenium-rich tea. The contents of mineral elements such as Ca,Se,Zn,Mn and Mg in the central tea farm of Yunwu Town are the highest,305.42,2.52,22.33,419.86 and 252.19 mg/kg respectively, while the Fe content in the tea garden of Huanghe Village in Duyun City was the highest, 349.92 mg/kg.【Conclusion】The contents of water extract, tea polyphenols, caffeine, amino acid components and mineral elements are quite different between
C. sinensis cv. Guiding-niaowangzhong in the original and introduction areas. According to the composition and content characteristics of amino acid components, the originaland introduction areas of
C. sinensis cv. Guiding-niaowangzhong can be distinguished.
