大厂茶古树与其无性系子代的农艺性状和品质性状比较及综合评价

Comparative analysis of agronomical and quality traits of ancient trees and their clonal progenies in Camellia tachangensis

  • 摘要: 【目的】比较分析大厂茶古树及其无性系子代株系的农艺性状和品质性状,为科学评估古树茶及无性系茶园的社会经济价值,引导政府和茶农有效保护及合理利用古茶树提供理论依据。【方法】田间调查22个优良大厂茶古树单株及其4年生无性系子代株系的春梢物候期、产量构成因子及持嫩性,并测定其春梢一芽二叶的主要品质成分含量,对大厂茶古树与其无性系子代株系农艺性状和主要品质性状进行比较分析、主成分分析和综合评价。【结果】除古树L12和L15外,其余20个古树的萌动期、一芽一叶期和一芽二叶期均比其子代株系晚。除古树L01、L14、L15和L22外,其余18个古树的一芽三叶期均比其子代株系晚。除古树L01、L05、L07、L10、L12、L14、L15和L22外,其余14个古树的驻芽期均比其子代株系晚;除古树L10、L14、L15、L18、L19、L20和L22外,其余15个古树的产量构成因子及持嫩性均比其子代株系差或一致;除古树L03、L12、L14、L15和L16外,其余17个古树的水浸出物含量、茶多酚含量、总糖含量和可溶性糖含量均显著高于其子代株系(P<0.05,下同)。除古树L21外,其余21个古树的游离氨基酸含量均显著低于其子代株系;基于春梢物候期、产量构成因子、持嫩性和主要品质性状等17个数量性状的主成分分析和综合评价结果表明,22个古树的综合得分均低于其子代株系,基于8个主要品质性状的主成分分析和综合评价结果表明,22个古树的综合得分均高于其子代株系。【结论】大厂茶古树茶的风味物质较其无性系子代丰富,但大多数大厂茶古树表现出产量较低、物候期晚、生长周期较无性系子代短。

     

    Abstract: 【Objective】To compare and analyzeagronomical traits and quality traits of ancient trees and their clone progenies in Camellia tachangensis so asto provide a theoretical basis for evaluating the social and economic value of ancient trees and clonal tea gardens, guide the government and tea farmers to effectively protect and utilize ancient trees.【Method】The phenological phase of spring shoots, yield components and tenderness-keeping ability of 22 excellent ancient trees and their 4-year-old clonal progenies in C. tachangensis were investigated in the field. The content of the main quality biochemical components of one bud and two leaves was determined to conduct comparative analysis,principal component analysis and comprehensive evaluation of agronomical traits and quality traits of ancient trees and its clone progenies.【Result】Except for ancient trees L12 and L15,the germination phase,one bud and one leaf phase and one bud and two leaves phase of 20 ancient trees were later than that of their clonal progenies. Except for ancient trees L01, L14, L15 and L22,the one bud and three leavesphase of 18 ancient trees were later than that of their clonal progenies. Except for ancient trees L01, L05, L07, L10, L12, L14, L15 and L22,the bud-standing phase of 14 ancient trees were later than that of their clonal progenies. Except for ancient trees L10, L14, L15, L18, L19, L20 and L22,theyield components and tenderness-keeping ability of 15 ancient trees were worse than or consistent with that of their clonal progenies. Except for the ancient tree L03, L12, L14, L15 and L16,the water extracts content,tea polyphenol content,total sugar content and glucose content of 17 ancient trees were significantly higher than that of their clonal progenies(P<0.05,the same below). Except for the ancient tree L21,the amino acids content of 21 ancient trees was significantly lower than that of their clonal progenies. The results of principal component analysis and comprehensive evaluation based on 17 quantitative traits, including phenological phase of spring shoots, yield components, tenderness keeping ability and main quality traits showed thatthe factor score of the 22 ancient trees were lower than that of their clonal progenies. The results of principal component analysis and comprehensive evaluation based on 8 main quality traits showed that the factor scores of the 22 ancient trees were higher than that of their clonalprogenies.【Conclusion】Ancient trees in C. tachangensis has more flavor substances than their clonal progenies,but most ancient trees in C. tachangensis show lower yield, late phenological phase and shorter growth cycle than that of their clonal progenies.
