Abstract:
【Objective】 The inhibitory effect of
Streptomyces tsukiyonensis JT-2F against
Fusarium solani of
Panax notoginseng(Burk.) F.H. Chen was clarified to provide theoretical basis for biological control of root rot of
P. notoginseng. 【Method】 The inhibition effect of
S. tsukiyonensis JT-2F on
F. solani and three
P. notoginseng leaf disease pathogens was determined by plate antagonism and filter paper method, and the control effect of JT-2F strain on
P. notoginseng root rot was determined by
in vitro root tuft injury inoculation method, enzyme-linked immunoassay(ELISA) was used to determine the activities of protease, cellulase and chitinase in fermentation broth.【Result】 The results showed that JT-2F had a strong antagonistic effect on
F. solani, and its inhibition rate reached 76.47%. The control effect of strain JT-2F on three JT-2F strains fermentation broth had obvious inhibitory effect on the pathogenic mycelium, which made the mycelium deformed, enlarged and thickened, and in a string ofbeads shape.JT-2F strain could secrete protease, cellulase and chitinase to destroy the mycelia and inhibit the growth of the pathogen.
In vitro control effect test showed that JT-2F fermentation broth showed 78.43% control effect of
in vitro P. notoginseng root rot.【Conclusion】
S. tsukiyonensis JT-2F strain can inhibit the growth of
F. solani of
P. notoginseng, and has potential in bio-control development.
