Comprehensive evaluation of new sugarcane varieties(lines) by DTOPSIS method and screening of excellent varieties in Chongzuo, Guangxi

  • 摘要: 【目的】对广西崇左市引进甘蔗新品种(系)的农艺性状、经济性状和抗逆性进行综合评价,筛选出优良品种(系),以期优化崇左蔗区甘蔗品种结构,为崇左蔗区甘蔗新品种示范推广及生产提供理论参考。【方法】对广西崇左市引进的10个甘蔗新品种(系)进行一年新植两年宿根品种比较试验,调查主要农艺性状、经济性状和抗病虫害性状等12个指标,对各性状指标进行方差分析,并利用DTOPSIS法对其进行综合性评价,筛选出适合崇左蔗区推广种植的优良新品种(系)。【结果】10个参试品种(系)中,桂糖08-1375和桂糖08-259的黑穗病率分别达13.65%和9.21%,显著高于新台糖22号(对照品种)(P< 0.05,下同),其他品种(系)黑穗病率均低于新台糖22号,其中桂糖08-591黑穗病率为0。蔗茎产量最低的是桂糖09-2005,仅为71323.11 kg/ha,其他品种(系)蔗茎产量均高于新台糖22号;蔗糖分最低的是桂糖08-1375,仅为13.36%,其他品种(系)蔗糖分均比新台糖22号高;产糖量最低的是桂糖09-2005,仅为10565.49 kg/ha,其他品种(系)产糖量均比新台糖22号高。8个参与DTOPSIS法综合评价的品种(系)Ci从大到小排序为:桂糖09-563> 桂糖08-591> SP80-3280> 桂糖09-3990> 桂糖08-1045> 桂糖09-2005> 桂南亚08-212> 新台糖22号。【结论】桂糖08-1375和桂糖08-259不适合在崇左蔗区推广种植;桂糖09-2005和桂南亚08-212需继续跟踪调查;桂糖09-563、桂糖08-591、SP80-3280、桂糖09-3990和桂糖08-1045等5个品种(系)适合在崇左蔗区大面积推广种植。
    Abstract: 【Objective】A comprehensive evaluation of the agronomic traits, economic traits and resistance of new sugarcane varieties(lines) introduced in Chongzuo, Guangxi was conducted to screen out excellent varieties with a view to optimizing the structure of sugarcane varieties in Chongzuo sugarcane area and providing theoretical references for the demon-stration and promotion of new sugarcane varieties and production in Chongzuo sugarcane area.【Method】Twelve agronomic traits of ten new sugarcane varieties(lines) were evaluated comprehensively by variance analysis and DTOPSIS method, with ROC22 as control and the agronomic traits and economic traits and resistance inone-year plant and two-year ratoon crops were researched, screening out excellent new varieties(lines) suitable for promotion and cultivation in the su garcane area of Chongzuo.【Result】The results showed that among the ten tested varieties(lines), the smut rate of Guitang 08-1375 and Guitang 08-259 reached 13.65% and 9.21% and were significantly higher thancontrol variety ROC22(P< 0.05, same below), the smut rates of other varieties(lines) were lower than ROC22, among which the smut rate of Guitang 08-591 was 0.The lowest cane yield was Guitang 09-2005, only reached 71323.11 kg/ha, the cane yield of other varieties(lines) were higher than ROC22.The lowest sucrose was Guitang 08-1375, only reached 13.36%, the sucrose of other varieties(lines) were higher than ROC22.The lowest sugar yield was Guitang 09-2005, only reached 10565.49 kg/ha, the sugar yields of other varieties(lines) were higher than ROC22.DTOPSIS analysis results showed that Ci in sequence from high to low was Guitang 09-563> Guitang 08-591> SP80-3280> Guitang 09-3990> Guitang 08-1045> Guitang 09-2005> Guinanya 08-212> ROC22.【Conclusion】Guitang 08-1375 and Guitang 08-259 are unfit for planting in Chongzuo sugarcane areas.Guitang 09-2005 and Guinanya 08-212 need followed-up survey.And Guitang 09-563, Guitang 08-591, SP80-3280, Guitang 09-3990 and Guitang 08-1045 are suitable for planting in Chongzuo sugarcane areas.
