不同水肥滴灌处理对橡胶树籽苗芽接袋育苗生长的影响

Effects of different water and fertilizer drip irrigation treatments on growth of rubber mini-seedling polybag-raised buddings

  • 摘要: 目的分析水肥滴灌对橡胶树籽苗芽接袋育苗生长的影响,为橡胶树节水、节肥育苗提供参考依据.方法采用L(934)正交试验设计对橡胶树籽苗芽接袋育苗进行不同培养基质、肥料类型、滴灌量和滴灌频次处理,测定各处理下的接穗生长量、根冠比、主根长度、主根粗度、根系体积和叶片养分含量等指标,筛选适合橡胶树籽苗芽接袋育苗生长的最佳水肥滴灌处理组合.结果以表土为培养基质进行橡胶树籽苗芽接袋育苗、每10 d滴灌复合肥100 mL的处理,其接穗株高、茎粗、叶蓬数及存活率分别为30.87 cm、3.47 mm、2.15蓬和100%;冠根比、主根长度、主根粗度及根系体积分别为31.10%、30.52 cm、6.48 mm和4.00 mL;叶片氮、磷、钾、钙和镁含量分别为4.60%、0.24%、1.82%、0.47%和0.18%;籽苗芽接袋育苗长势较好,但其叶片钙和镁含量较低.以椰糠为基质的处理总体上较有利于根系生长,但其地上部长势差于混合基质.结论以表土为培养基质、含适量钙和镁的复合肥液较有利于橡胶树籽苗芽接袋育苗生长,可在培育橡胶籽苗芽接袋育苗中推广应用.

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveEffects of water and fertilizer drip irrigation on growth of mini-seedling polybag-raised bud-dings were analyzed to provide reference for water saving,high efficiency and fertilizer saving rubber tree seedlings.MethodDifferent culture substrates,different types of fertilizer,irrigation amount,irrigation time,irrigation frequency were set on mini-seedling polybag-raised rubber buddings using orthogonal experiment design. Growth of scion,root shoot ratio,taproot length,taproot weight,volume of root and leaf nutrient of all the treatments were determined to select the optimal water and fertilizer drip irrigation treatment for mini-seedling polybag-raised rubber buddings.ResultFor the mini-budding seedling polybag-raised plant cultured in media with surface soil,they were dripped 100ml compound ferti-lizer every 10 d.The plant height and stem diameter were 30.87 cm and 3.47 mm,they had 2.15 leaf whorls and survival rate was 100%.The root shoot ratio,taproot length,taproot weight,volume of root were 31.10%,30.52 cm,6.48 mm and 4.00 mL,and contents of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,calcium and magnesium in leaf were 4.60%,0.24%,1.82%, 0.47% and 0.18%.Mini-seedling polybag-raised rubber buddings had fine growth performance,but the contents of calcium and magnesium in leaf were low. Coir dust media was beneficial for growth of root in general,but the conditions of other upper parts were worse than those in mix media.ConclusionSurface soil as media substrate,compound fertilizer containing appropriate calcium and magnesium contents is the optimal condition for growth of mini-seedling polybag-raised rubber buddings.This method can be promoted in mini-seedling polybag-raised rubber buddings.
